Went through the drive through and ordered a drink that was suggested to me on tiktok. They were very patient with me and made my coffee just how I said they also upsized because they liked my choice. Very friendly service and the drink was delicious.

I usually love Starbucks but the team didn’t seem happy to be there. My drink took a while and when it finally came out it wasn’t made right. I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to have them fix it. Such a weird experience for Starbucks. My local Starbucks is just far more inviting.

Excited this place is finally open! Iced caramel macchiato was great, perfect balance between espresso, milk and caramel. Pumpkin bread was delicious as well. They are definitely still slower than your typical Starbucks, but hopefully they will fix that in the coming weeks and be able to keep up with demand.

Every time I go through this drive through they mess my drink up! Then, they have the actual audacity to argue with me about MY drink order. Ummm the last time I checked it’s MY order, and MY drink…. Not theirs. So rude, horrible service and terrible drinks! Of course Findlay ruined something good!

I ordered a Trenta Strawberry acai refresher. I got to the window and was handed a grande cup of acai water, a venti cup of acai water, and a grande cup half filled with freeze dried strawberries. No raspberry syrup was added or anything according to my order. Frankly, ifI have to make my own when I order from the store,I might as well make my own at home!

I go every morning before work. One Barista named SARA is AMAZING! She knows my name and talks to me every time she is there. Its a personal touch you don’t see a lot of anymore. All the staff there are great and friendly. Its a great Starbucks. I have been to many, this one is the best!
