24Jan26 My ‘dark caramel’ sucked; tastes nothing like caramel and I’m not sure I got all the shots I ordered. I felt no caffeine. I don’t even want to finish the drink. Both our drinks were tepid not hot. Wife says it’s the only location that has that problem. I see now they left me a link about my previous complaint here. The link wants me to fill out a big long form. But at the start it does not even register the 1490 Hillcrest address as valid. What’s the point? Starbux has become ineffective, a stumbling giant likely to fall. I think we’re done giving this location chances.
23Oct25 Second time in a row this week. This isn’t a petty complaint. I don’t want to spend my time rearranging food you were sloppy with. I pay you to spend YOUR time doing it right. Do BETTER! Right now Taco Bell gives superior customer service compared to your store.

It’s ok. Doesn’t provide the same atmosphere as a small coffee shop can. Service is a bit slow sometimes when I’m there but I have to say those people are working hard behind the counter. I get a fairly simple coffee order and I tend to wait quite a long time. The drive-thru is fairly speedy though in my experience.

Very disappointed. I went in for a special treat, but the drink I got was weak and had no real flavor, just sweet. When you go in a Starbucks, you smell that rich deep coffee aroma you can only get there, and that flavor comes thru in their drinks. That’s what makes Starbucks special to me. Not today!! $6 for a drink I threw away.

I rarely review but this was insane. Got trapped in line for over 30 minutes with 6 cars in front from the window when pulling in. The line backed up to Meijer. Finally getting our order, the drinks had none of the flavoring and tasted like bitter coffee. And yet Driving away seeing a counter full of mobile orders… this is the 2nd time going through the drive thru where it clearly prioritizes mobile over drive thru. 12 dollars for 2 non caramel iced latte that tasted like watered down iced coffee. Was not worth the wait.

I usually don’t leave reviews like this, but I never have a good experience at this location. I placed an online order for a matcha with cold foam and when I received it, the matcha powder wasn’t even mixed into the drink. There were clumps of matcha in the bottom of the cup, on the sides, and just straight up powder on top. When I took a sip I was just inhaling and chewing the powder. Not to mention there was almost no cold foam on my drink, and the little I did have was just covered up by all the powder. I went inside to ask if they could remake it or shake it up a little more so that it was actually drinkable, and they were extremely rude about it and acted like it was a huge inconvenience, but if they made it right in the first place then they wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of remaking their own mistakes! The prices are definitely not realistic for how terrible the customer service and the drinks are.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. Everyone is friendly. If there is a wait, patience and kindness goes a very long way. They are all doing a great job!! I read another review about someone waiting 5 minutes, it’s really not that serious. I’ll continue to go here.

We were out in the morning running some errands and dropped by Starbucks to get our usual coffee order. I get the cafe mocha and my wife gets the skinny vanilla latte. I have been really disappointed since they discontinued the skinny chocolate for the mocha. I don’t need all that extra sugar in my drink. Both drinks were good and hot. We have some bad luck as of late with ordering food online for pickup and getting to the store and they don’t have it so you need to make a real-time change standing there. Really a bummer. That has pushed us to getting the breakfast food at Panera sometimes. Today we did that. I got the orange scone. Super delicious with orange peel in the glaze, also the muffin. Again very good and moist. It’s still hard to beat Starbucks coffee so we split orders with Starbucks and Panera. I recommend both.

I absolutely love coming here and the friendly staff. I have came here since they opened. These guys and gals are great PEOPLE….SO… to the rude people…especially the one about the cold foam….I was there that day.
It DID NOT happen the way it has been portrayed. I live in this community and was on my laptop doing work when this woman got offended because she couldn’t get a WHOLE cup of cold foam for free. She then went ballistic and said that the store in Hilliard does it… NO ma’am they don’t. Neither the Hilliard Rome road OR Mill-Run stores do this either…and I know this because I go to both stores and have for over 8 years now as I work in Columbus. I asked them… 🙂 Also the husband was outside taking care of the kids while the wife berated the staff and recorded them, throwing a 3 year old temper tantrum.
To the woman who called the employee a derogatory name and acted a fool….SHAME ON YOU! You’re kids should be so proud and give you mom of the year award. These girls are working hard and folks…. IT’S COFFEE!!!! When has it ever been acceptable to be disrespectful to anyone that makes YOUR food or drinks?
OH, and the cold foam queen…..please know that you can buy it at the store in a can now! 🙂 Cold foam up chicka!

Ordered on the app 30 minutes ago…still waiting. I know they get busy in the morning, but I see a lot of talking and not a lot of moving. This has to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve never been to. Not from here…so it’s crazy to see how badly a Starbucks can be ran

Took my Wife in to order her some Starbucks after a long day and a much needed Pick me up and she ordered the same thing she orders for mobile pick up and other Starbucks locations and this is the FIRST time she was told she couldn’t order extra pumpkin foam. Might seem like no big deal however we know you can and NO REASON was provided as to why. The shift manager by the name of MADDIE called the police and trespassed my wife from this location. Over a DEBATE of pumpkin foam. DISCREMINATION AT ITS FINEST. THIS FILTH NEEDS FIRED! Sorry my wife is a buck 20 and you’re 400 pounds with blue hair. And until this gets made right the reviews will keep coming. I will drive this overall rating to 1 if I have to. Absolutely appalled.
