Food/drinks are always good, service is quick even when the drive thru gets backed up. I’ve never had a bad experience with a barista here. It’s a great spot for working/studying if you’ve got noise cancelling headphones (since the machines are noisy). Lighting is a little dim, which I find helps me focus. The only real problem I have is that it’s always very cold inside. I make sure to bring a sweater, even in summer, because it goes from refreshing to uncomfortable pretty quickly.

My first time ever coming to Starbucks I put an order through the app and pulled up to the speaker, they were busy but the worker was super sweet and my drink was great. The second time however the worker was really upset that I had pulled up so quickly after ordering, when their drive thru was completely empty, and gave me an attitude. I tried to explain that I’ve only ever been here once before and that I wasn’t informed of that last time (Though busy the first time I had my order within 4 minutes) I was rudely told I should’ve waited 5-7 minutes. He also double checked that I wanted whipped cream on my drink since my drink was oatmilk. When I said yes he also seemed really annoyed at me for it. The drink was good though at least.

This is one of the largest Starbucks in the area. The seating area is spacious even though most of the coffee sales seem to be at the drive thru. Very polite staff and fast service at the counter.

When I walked into Starbucks I was greeted by Amanda and Del with a huge smile. An amazing place, the best place in Fairborn to get breakfast and start your day. All of the employees here are very knowledgeable, the professionalism here needs to be copied by all these businesses.

Word to the wise – if you order egg bites, please make sure to tell the Barista to heat them up thoroughly. I ordered the roasted red pepper egg bites on Saturday morning, which I usually order from this location all the time (2-3x a week) and upon taking the first few bites, I noticed the texture was off (mushy/undercooked). I ended up vomiting three times along with my coffee 30 minutes later and felt sick. I’ve already notified the 1-800 Starbucks number so this location will be made fully aware of what happened. Hopefully they will pay more attention when preparing egg bites for customers.

I have never had issues with Starbucks before coming this location in Fairborn. I ordered 6 drinks. The guy took our order in the drive-through, he didn’t seem to be happy to be there. You could tell was having a really bad attitude. I came to the window, and I said I’ll be paying with card but I still want points on my Starbucks app. The kid at the window gave me an attitude and said you either have to pay with card, cash or app. Not both. Keep in mind I have never had any issues with paying with a card and putting points on my phone. I told them I never had any issues. But he said did didn’t understand what I was saying. Another coworker also said she didn’t understand and straighten up told me I was having a bad attitude. I was being completely nice. All I wanted to do was pay with a physical card and then scan my phone to put the points on. I will never give them business again. I have had family and friends have issues with the same kid. The store is extremely slow. One of the rudest Starbucks I have been to.

I went around 8:45 in the morning and they were already out of cold brew. So they substituted it with iced coffee. The pumpkin cold brew is supposed to have the pumpkin spice topping, mine did not. Also there were coffee grounds in my drink.
