My first Big John’s Steak & Onion. Service was great, everyone really nice & the restaurant was very clean. So clean you could take your mom there & feel comfortable. Oh yeah, almost forgot. The Steak Sandwich was one of the best!

I went into Big John’s this evening to pick up a steak sandwich. To my surprise no one behind the counter wore hair nets and they all had long hair. The cashier asked could she help me, I asked for a six inch sandwich. She didn’t offer me any cheese or sauce on the side, I had completely forgotten that these items were offered. So I ended up with a very dull sandwich that was very very salty. Everyone seemed unhappy no one wore a smile. I don’t believe that I’ll visit that location again.

Did the pull up to big John’s for lunch on my way back home to Ann arbor. Got the original steak and cheese and Italian sub. When i took a bite of the steak and cheese, I felt like I was home again. I grew up in Saginaw/flint area and It’s one of the places I miss the most. I started eating it so fast I almost forgot to take a picture! The Italian sub was just ok. Could used a little more meat to even out the bread ratio. This is a place I always repeat.

The best steak sandwich I’ve ever had. Wish we had a Big John’s in my city. Their steak sauce is really special. I had the special steak with onions and mushrooms. Great stuff. Nice people and clean restaurant.

I was born in Flint so I visit this location as a nostalgic purpose. I’ve been to this location 3x in the past month and half; and it wasn’t good “at all”. My sandwich was dry (not enough cheese) meat hard (over cooked) and bread extremely hard.

Great, Great, Great. The staff was excellent, especially, I believe her name is Britanny. The customers talked about the sauce for the steak and onion sandwich. I could have alleviated the sauce. It’s the meat and onion. Clean place, too!

(Terrible customer service) (Pierson road location), I ordered two 8-inch subs One was made correct but with over excessive amount of mushrooms ,the other one was made wrong with no mushrooms… Called back to the restaurant to let them know of their mistake all they could do was offer me a side of mushrooms, but I had to drive my partial eating sub back to prove that the order was actually messed up. Who wants to drive inconveniently out their way for something that should have been done right the first time. “Terrible customer service” The manager didn’t even come to the phone.
