I guess you have to use the app when you come. They looked at me like I had 3 heads when I tried to order at the counter. All they said after standing for a minute was, “we will get to you if we can”. I was not rushing anybody, just waiting patiently. Milford needs a local/friendly coffee shop.

4/2/17, store opened about a week ago but it seems the staff hasn’t been fully trained. Took 10 minutes just to order and another 10 minutes to get two drinks and a sandwich. I’m sure they will improve, just don’t expect speed and accuracy for at least the first month.
