The drinks were good like any Starbucks. I gave them a lower rating for service because I placed a mobile order and waited for :15 before going up to the counter and asking where it was. They didn’t see it and finally made it. The atmosphere was a lower rating due to being half in a Jungle Jim’s and half out. There isn’t much seating and they have 2 counters/registers to tend to. It is convenient to be able to grab a drink while shopping but for just a drink it would be easier to go to a stand-alone Starbucks

Honestly the worst starbucks i have ever been to. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to take my order even tho nobody was in the line but me so i dont get why it took them so long to take my order, then i had to wait another 15 minutes to pick up my order! It was only 2 drinks hot americanos i dont get why it was so slow. Disappointing.

This has to be the worst service I have ever had. I walked in was ignored for 2 minutes at the register. Then once I asked if service, twice i was rudely greeted with am excuse. I was literally invisible, they had no problem talking amongst them selves. But, not to me.

Store employees of the most part. Don’t like different people. By that I mean can’t properly take orders from homeless looking people with out stating policy. This location has a fecal matter a lot of learning to go through to make customer service basics. Don’t judge by the cover. Because it haunts people later down the road. Simple things are made to complicated.
