I’ve been to this Starbucks location before and I always enjoy coming back. The interior is really clean, and overall it’s a comfortable place to sit and spend some time. When we walked in, they were very busy, but one of the workers checked in with us and asked how we were doing, which was really polite and immediately made the experience better. Service was friendly and efficient despite how busy it was for them. My iced matcha protein drink was good, but it did have a bit too much ice for my liking. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d definitely come back again.

My refreshers never seem to have any milk put in them anymore when all I do is change my order to light ice and add cold foam. And there is little to none inclusions I have gotten what looks like a few dehydrated pieces of fruit. Drinks used to turn out perfectly but now they seem to lack any care.

They don’t care about delivery orders/don’t respect delivery drivers.
I went there to pick up a delivery order today. When I arrived I noticed all the food was done but needed to be bagged. I waited over a five minutes and as all employees ignored the food and began to work on other orders.
After 5 minutes, I politely asked if I could just get a bag so I could bag the items myself. The assistant manager acted annoyed.
She then instructed a employee to bag the food but made it a point to say it wasn’t important and she could just do it “whenever she gets a chance.”
I’m not sure why the manager doesn’t respect drivers but she should understand that people who order delivery want there food to be warm when they receive it.
After close to 10 minutes I finally received the order. I felt bad for the customer because his sandwich and drink couldn’t have been warm by the time I delivered it.

Really nice starbucks. Modern looking. Tough with traffic to get in and out of and parking is rough. But worth it. Great service and people

Consistently wrong orders on drive through food purchases.
If it were a complicated drink, it’s forgivable, but for something thrown into an air fryer and handed out the window, they need to do better.

Slowest Starbucks on earth and the drink is wrong half the time. I just waited 28 minutes total in the drive thru for 7 cars in front of me.

ive had a few experiences now where they get my drink wrong and haven’t been able to get refunded, and i notice after i already left so i couldn’t have them remade. one i ordered light ice and they put extra ice, the other i ordered mocha drizzle and cookie crumbles on the drink and they did neither.

Went through the drive through and the gentleman that was working the window was so pleasant and thoughtful. The cup was dirty, so he let me know that he was going to put another cup over it – I appreciated that so much because I’ve been handed sticky cups before (and I don’t drink sticky chocolate drinks) and it’s so messy. Great experience and my drink was perfect!

The normally great service at this location was very slow. Our order of 2 drinks had to be looked for 3 times despite being confirmed at the ordering speaker as mobile and my name correctly. The cars in front of us were also waiting some time for their orders. One of our drinks was made incorrectly but thankfully not with real dairy so we just dealt with it.
