Walked in around the 4:15 PM hour on a Friday driving through town. We weren’t overwhelmed by the welcome we received as it appeared the family from the family business was all sitting at a single table enjoying their own dinner, so perhaps we interrupted. Anyway, we were handed our menus and frankly just told to go sit anywhere we wanted in the back while she quickly finished up whatever she was doing at the table.

I really like this restaurant. We almost always eat here when we want Tex-Mex. The salsa is just hot enough to be tasty (but still too hot for my wife). My opinion is that it is the best in Paris, Texas.

We loved this cozy Paris gem. The chips were delicious and crunchy. The salsa had great flavor with just a little warmth. Spinach enchiladas had a good amount of spinach and went well with the chipotle sauce. The chicken quesadilla was delicious and just the right size for lunch. We liked the music and friendly staff.
