I had such a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Kaydence. She was kind, pleasant, and welcoming—with a genuine smile.
I asked her about a frozen peppermint hot chocolate I had seen at Target and wondered if it could be made here, even though it’s not currently on the menu. She wasn’t sure at first, but instead of brushing it off, she took the time to look it up and double-check. She figured out how to make it, entered it properly into the system, and even gave me helpful advice on how to order it next time.
The drink was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the extra effort and care she put into helping me. It’s so refreshing when someone takes a little extra time to make sure you have a great experience. Huge thank you to Kaydence—customer service like this truly makes a difference!

I love everything pumpkin, and what a better place than Starbucks for a Pumpkin Latte? It was very delish. This store is so nice, great for people who needs a place to work on their computer. Very friendly employees.

Service is usually very good at the drive thru here, but sometimes napkins are not given with food items at the drive thru window. Otherwise, the drinks, food, and service are good. My drink is always made correctly.

Nice Starbucks location. Outside seating was enjoyable. Inside seating could use a lot of attention. Sticky tables and service stations. The woman attending the drive through window could be a little nicer, more gentle when preparing beverages and not raising her voice, complaining about her drive thru customers. Inside customers do not need to hear such words. Young man at front register was pleasant, kind, attentive. Would recommend this location overall. Cheers and Godspeed everyone!

One of my favorite Starbucks! Plenty of space, but tough to get in and out of. Love the pineapple refresher!!

My wife went with a friend and they were out of napkins. None. Then she ordered a drink and they gave her cold not hot. And the cold foam was dairy and she asked for non dairy bc she can’t do dairy. What a mess

This place is too slow. App says done at a certain time but then ten minutes late. Talking mid afternoon not rush hour. Poor pregnant lady was here before me and I got mine before her! Lost another star for me.

Shout out to the morning drive thru guy. I’m not sure his name. I stop around 4-5 am some days and he is always sure nice and welcoming. It hard to find some kindness In people these days so I appreciate this so much. Great job belden Starbuck. They always have my order accurate and friendly service here all the way.
