I never have a bad experience here. The employees are always friendly, the service is always fast, and since the remodel it looks really nice in there. I do have to say when I did have a mishap which wasn’t the employees fault they fixed it right away and also gave me a giftcard to use on my next visit. Keep up the good work guys.

Ordered 2 Van sweet cream cold brews in drive thru, they were literally white and filled with cream that was congealed. I took them inside to get remade. The girl literally made them the same. I explained this is not what I ordered, she annoying took them and added a splash of coffee and handed them back and asked if this was better. I told her no this is not what i asked for. She just looked at me…I pointed the sign and said how is what you have what’s on the sign? She said nothing so I just left with drinks and threw them away. I wasn’t getting anywhere with the staff and I wasn’t about to give them a fourth chance.

Robin at the window was super friendly and great at catching an almost mistake to make sure the drive through kept going smoothly. The crew making drinks currently are 100%on it. My drink is absolute perfection.

I got a Venti Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade and it was actually pretty yummy. The prices are pricey but that is all Starbucks’s. There was a wait in the drive thru but my drink made it all worth it! The taste excited me just like all other Starbucks locations drinks do. So, nothing that special but still pretty good.

This is quite possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and unfortunately the only stand alone store on my way to work. They can’t get half of their orders right and if you have a mobile order- give yourself 15+ minutes on top of your estimated “ready” time to wait around in their lobby while they make beverages completely unorganized in order they were received or else you 110% are going to be late for where you need to be.

Single handedly the worst Starbucks. I informed the employees that I had a potential dairy allergy and instead of accommodating my wishes, I was treated so poorly. No one really seems to know what’s going on and this operation is run terribly. When I asked for corporates number, I was told they couldn’t give it out. this is such a shame considering it was the closest location for me and they could have the potential to run smoothly.

They are always good to me here! I ask for a Venti water with my normal drink and they never complain or make fun. I only bring that to attention because other establishments in the past have said things about ordering just water. I don’t order just water, I spend money on food and drink as well, its just I like the taste of the Starbucks water. But other Bucks have made it clear I need to order something else and I find that kind sad. Although I do order more, what if someone else can’t afford it and needs the water. Juat saying. It was nothing against this Starbucks it was just brought up in covo to a barista here and they were sad to hear about it. Very kind people here who love to do their job and are very fast service with a smile! Thank you!
