I normally don’t do reviews very often but what happened at this specific location wasn’t great. I did a mobile order and as I walked in the store there was at least 3 people coming up the counter saying their order was wrong. I didn’t hear any apologies from the baristas and it didn’t seem to be so busy so that made me confused. In addition I realized that my drink was wrong as well. I also ordered the eggs and cheddar protein box and it was very frozen, which I would get if it was early in the morning but it’s almost noon… long story short lots of training is needed at this location…

So this is probably the Starbucks I go to more often than not. I have never had a truely bad experience. I order ahead on the app most times and just go in to pick it up. Every employee that I’ve interacted with has been kind and professional. I’m not saying that my order is always perfect but if it’s not all I have to do is say something to the employee and it’s fixed, no questions asked.

Not the usually service I’m accustomed to at any other Starbucks. I was quite disappointed, I felt like I was at a corner convenient store. The store was dirty, no one greeted you, Noone notified you when your order was ready. You had to go over to the tray and read the receipt taped on the order to see if it’s yours.

My favorite daily ritual is to get my coffee here in the morning. Because I request a complicated order I always appreciate your workers who are kind and patient with me even when you are busy. I have noticed that Gabby, Asiya, Lilly, and Mitchell are especially nice and friendly. I’ll be back tomorrow!!!!
