We cashed in on some frozen relief!
Nabbed the summer frozen Mango Dragonfruit lemonade (hint add some tequila) it is like a vacation beverage- so delicious.
The Carmel crunch Frappuccino did it disappoint!
95F was no match for the cool beverages today!
A smidge busy, but super friendly and effectively delivered.
on this specific occasion my drink was made with too much ice so I asked for it to be remade, and I was told I was scamming by a team lead all because I wanted my drink remade I was harassed and disrespected.
After 15 minutes, I finally asked a staff member who was mopping the floors around us if our drinks were ready. The woman who had taken our order responded, saying they don’t bring drinks to customers and that I needed to come up to the counter. While I understand that policy, her tone came off as passive-aggressive—polite on the surface but dismissive underneath. We truly never heard our names being called, and if staff noticed drinks sitting untouched for 15 minutes, I don’t think it would’ve been unreasonable TO WALK A FEW STEPS AND LET US KNOW.
Even a simple, “Hey, we’ve been calling your name—your drinks are ready at the counter,” would’ve been enough. Instead, the drinks sat there, and the interaction just felt awkward and unwelcoming.
