Today’s visit was pitiful. Over 20 minutes in the drive thru for 3 cars in front of us. Once we pulled up and paid sat another 5 and then the girl asked us to pay again, then apologized because she had a rude customer before us. Our drinks were ready the whole time .. I wanted to say, “dont take over 25 minutes for a coffee”… but we just got our drinks and left.

Kudos to the staff!! Helpful and Honest/friendly. I left my wallet in BR and Panicked after I was gone. I. Realized what happened and called them. They were Very proactive and helpful. Luckily it was turned in later with Everything intact. They held it for me till I returned. Thank you!! My Drink I had ordered Was good too…☺️

The last time I went to this Starbucks, I was immediately greeted at the door with multiple smiles and all the baristas were jamming to old Taylor Swift. Every experience I’ve had here has been super pleasant in a way that extends beyond customer service. You can tell their workers are genuinely just sweet people. The indoor atmosphere is incredible, and I’ve gotten some of the most sincere compliments of my life through the drive-thru. I’m typically in a bad mood before I have coffee everyday, but that changes almost instantly once I interact with literally any of the staff here. If they aren’t being paid well, they should be!! They are amazing.

They’re always very courteous and usually quick with having orders ready when you arrive for pick up or order at the counter. About every other time I visit (usually only every couple weeks), there’s always some sort of confusion where drinks are being duplicated or not made at all and some people are waiting upwards of 20 minutes. The time frame is usually between 5:30 and 7:30 in the morning, which I’m sure is they’re probably at peak volume.

I used to love going to this location because they were always smiling and so friendly. Lately the customer service has gone down hill. Today I waited very patiently for my mobile order that was already supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. When I asked about it. I got met with distain and disrespectful additude. I was even told that I could leave if I was not happy with the service. Wow.

Although my order yesterday was not correct, it was still a tasty drink and it was a first oops in this location. The staff is very sweet and you could see they know their craft. They complete your order in a great timely manner and I love their variety in coffee mugs to purchase. I bought these color changing cups(10 pk) and this gorgeous gold mermaid coffee mug.
