This is the best Starbucks in town. I have gone here since they opened, and have never had a bad experience. I’ve experienced slow service for months now. I always mobile order ahead of time so it’s ready when I get there. Only it rarely is ready when I get there anymore. It’s almost always 10-15 minutes wait time every time. Today I waited like 10 minutes after the app said it should be ready. Then when I was finally able to talk to someone, she said the printer wasn’t working well and got on my order. In total today it took close to 20 minutes for a grande shaken espresso.

Wow, I’ve never been to a Starbucks that acted like you were not there. Most are usually friendly and say hi or welcome. Most will say, “Have a nice day.” When you leave. The order was accurate, but the service was just stand offish.

Every time I come here, they are always so fast, & friendly and have great customer service! They always make sure my entire order is great and how I like it! I had a girl name Drieuxt (I am hoping I spelled her name correctly, if not I do not mean any disrespect and I am extremely sorry!!!) in the drive thru today, unfortunately I did not have cash to tip, only on card. However, I wanted to give all their workers a well deserved recognition, as I know as often as I come there, all the workers have been nothing but amazing to me as always! They even carry a quick conversation whilst I wait for my food and drinks! Excellent service overall! I believe all the other Starbucks here should strive to be like this Starbucks!

Nasty Nasty Nasty!!! 2 days in a row I have ordered the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and both times there has been no brown sugar flavoring….it’s like they said screw it they won’t know the difference. WRONG it literally taste like watered down oatmilk with burnt espresso. I had to come home and put my own stuff in there to make it taste even ok. If I wanted to do that I would have done it in the first place. For the amount we have to pay for 1 coffee, you should really make sure the drinks are made right. Even my Dragon Drink looks like pure coconut milk with no flavor. I don’t usually complain but this is ridiculous…

Literally sat behind a car in the drive through and watched the barista give the lady her order and her dog a puppy cup, we pull up directly afterwards with our dog, no puppy cup for our dog and barely a half attempt at politeness.
