Today 6/24 at 1230 stopped by to get some coffee, stood at the counter for ten minutes while one washed dishes and the other was making drinks and kept looking at us but never acknowledged us or asked the other to take our order… another girl was stocking, walked by us and again didn’t acknowledge us. I finally had to ask if this is where we order to even get our order taken. Absolutely no sense of customer service by these three girls. Do better.

They had an 18 year old girl closing by herself. If you’ve never worked fast food or retail before, closing is hard and takes time. If you are also helping customers, it takes even more time.

Waited ten minutes for a coffee with two employees working, and no other current customers. There was one person that had been there a bit hanging out. Seemed like a regular, which is fine, but to wait ten minutes while they talk and hang out is annoying.The girls were more interested in taking pictures with their cell phones of the drinks they created for this regular, that had ordered their drinks before me.I wouldn’t complain if there was a line, but it was terrible service, and it’s flu season. A phone shouldn’t be touched while you are making something people consume. Name of the employee taking pictures with her cell phone was Rose. Very disappointed with the service and I will make it a point to avoid this particular Starbucks.

I got a large strawberry’s and creme with raspberry and vanilla syrup. I waited awhile and finally got my drink and tasted it then it tasted like coffee so I asked them to remake it so I could enjoy my drink that costs 7$ . they did and and it tasted like just the strawberry’s and creme. so I asked them if they added the raspberry and vanilla and they said ” Yeah I made it myself”. I’m very mad because not to mention it’s Christmas Eve and they got my drink wrong twice.

Bought two coffees for my parents and there was a bit of confusion on our end as to how we were going to pay (I was trying to quickly reload my Starbucks card so I could get my stars for rewards, it was taking awhile, etc). Staff was rude, had terrible customer service when taking the order, and were also trying different drinks while they made ours. They set the coffees on the side without saying anything, and I had to engage and apologize (which I didn’t believe was necessary) in order to receive a “have a good day” in return. I know working with the public can be aggrevating at times, but there wasn’t a line before or after us. They could have kept their chill for 3 minutes while serving us.

My absolute favorite Starbucks to go to, and I have been to hundreds of locations around the world. Staff here is the absolute best! Katie runs the store like a well oiled machine, and Sam made an effort from the beginning to be friendly get to know me and my order(s). I feel like a member of the family when I come here. I would go out of my way just to go inside krogers and get coffee from here. 12/10 rating.

This is my home starbucks- and by that I mean the one I almost always go to. It’s inside the Kroger, but they can do anything a licensed store can- rewards, gift cards, promo drinks, happy hour, etc. The baristas here are always super friendly, and they always make the drinks perfectly. The few times I’ve gotten a drink made wrong (pretty much always because I’m soft spoken, not because they don’t know how to make the drinks), they’re always happy to fix it.

I am giving it 3 stars for the drink and -2 for the service. Here’s why: there was nothing wrong with my drinks, once I got them. However, they chose not to make my drinks together because one was a frappuccino and I could hear the two baristas passing the job off to one another. They were joking between each other but when it came time to FINALLY make the frappuccino I had ordered 5 people prior, the female barista spoke to me in a mocking tone. I wish there was a way to record how she spoke to me because it felt very much as though she was making fun of the way I talk. So, I had to not only wait and be bypassed while one of my drinks sat there because I had a frappuccino, but I also left feeling like I had just been made fun of on a personal level.
