I never leave reviews, but I had a terrible experience here with the employee named Micha.
I have a mental disability and get bad anxiety ordering. He loudly shamed me in front of everyone for saying “medium chocolate” correcting me very loudly “you mean GRANDE MOCHA.” He was literally rolling his eyes and huffing.
Also I saw he was touching food with his bare hands. Super unprofessional and gross. Avoid this location.

I have a dairy intolerance and I felt safe ordering here. Grace went and retrieved newly cleaned tools, and cleaned the steamer again, to make my coconut milk latte. I appreciated that she went the extra mile for me!!

Baristas were wonderful. Made me a Yukon pourover, my favorite. I hated the way their boss was talking to them though. Made me very uncomfortable and sad. “Michael “needs an attitude check. No way to talk to anybody. Especially around the holidays.

Fast, friendly service which completed the order exactly as requested. It’s what you really want in a Starbucks.
Availability right now can be uneven but the store is open when the hours say and closed when the hours say which makes it a more predictable experience than a lot of locations right now.

Can’t believe there’s actually a Starbucks in Dry Ridge! Love the openness of it. It has a more laid back feel to it than most other stand alone locations. Plenty of plugs and USB outlets. They are still getting the hang of things so they are still a tad slow at getting drinks out. Doesn’t help that coronavirus is making it slow and hours are limited. Can’t wait until things get back to the new normal. Employees are friendly. EDIT: JULY 2020. Back to regular hours. Indoor and outdoor seating has been modified for social distancing. Now that they’ve been open for awhile, they have gotten much more efficient. The staff is EXCELLENT. Kelly did a good job hiring. Thanks Mae, Becky, Megan, Laura for making getting coffee fun!!!
