By far the worst Starbucks I have been to anywhere in the world. No matter what time of day you go there or how busy or quiet it is, the service is extremely slow. They take. Today was my last time going there but they had at least 6 people behind the counter and only a hand full of customers and I waited 25 minutes for a loaf to be warmed up. After 25 minutes I got a refund and left, still no food!

Came here on Red Cup Day after my normal store ran out of the red cups by 9am! They honored my receipt from the Southaven location and gave me the amount of cups I would’ve received otherwise. They were so friendly and polite to me and my kids. I also noticed them all helping each other with no attitudes or shortness even with it being super busy. Normally I drive twice as far for my coffee treats, but I think this may be my new regular spot!

I went to the location early doing and Delivery and the waiter. Was very rude not one of them ask me. Did I need help and I seen one of the. White waiter young female laughing like it was funny. I will do another Delivery there. I believe she is racist and so was the other ones there. I seen them wait on other people. Who walk in after I been there a minute waiting.

Very clean, the displays are always very orderly and consistantly changing. The workers were busy but very polite. The ambient music was very neutral and fitting for the atmosphere. My drink was made quickly (caffe mocha) and i tried the dark chocolate espresso beans. The condiment area was very neat and tidy. Also i find it respectable to offer recycling options in your establishment.

The flat white that I got was not very good. It was watery and burnt-tasting at the same time. It had waaaaayyyy too much ice and they didn’t add the typing I asked for. Overall, it wasn’t good. I was totally disappointed!! The sandwich was great tho. So I’m going 3 stars

Walked into the Southaven store#18034 location, drive thru associate was finishing gentleman’s order in front of me ,there were 4 associates working and no one behind me in line and 3 ppl sitting and drinking and eating so no one inside waiting on a order except the guy that just ordered. I waited 6 minutes absolutely no greeting acknowledgement when I walk through the door , no acknowledgement while waiting ,the associates were all joking and talking amongst each other while working .no one turned around or said anything.2 ppl working the drive thru 1 person working pastry and 1 working the front.. I then turn around and started to walk out when another associate approached the register from the back and greeted me and asked to take my order. I did say no one greeted and I have been just standing there. Nothing was said no apology nothing …. Customer Service starts when the customer walks thru the DOOR..

Had an online order and soon as I walked thru the door I waited to be greeted, the staff was having a conversation and working which I had no problem with but however they all looked at me and continued to work like I was invisible. I had to stop one the staff and tell them I have a mobile order and she proceeds to ask for my name and goes oh …points to the left and says here they are three drinks not in a cup holder. Make it home and my daughter that ordered a venti Carmel crunch Frappuccino and taste nothing but Carmel and barely coffee. Won’t be coming back to that location.
