As a Realtor, I like to take potential clients to Starbucks to go over process of buying/selling homes. It helps settle the nerves and prepare them on what’s to come. Having a well known menu and variety of options helps and who doesn’t love just hanging out with someone and a good cup of coffee!! Didn’t give 5 stars on atmosphere as there are not many tables away from counter for a conversation and can be distracting. If they move large table in middle and smaller tables around the outside wall it may function better.

For a small town location, this place satisfied my wife and I. Initially, we made an online pickup order. At the drive thru, we added a beverage and there was absolutely no problem, which was awesome. At the window, we fumbled our payment by accidentally using an old card and then missed the employee’s hand completely when we thrust a different card at her. She took the whole exchange with stride, which made our day. I hate that we didn’t get her name. We’ll definitely be back, though.

We went to the caverns in Tennessee and stopped here after. Very quick moving and got out order out fast. Only complaint was the amount of whipped cream they put on the bottom of my drink, and the flavor of it was lacking. Perhaps just not enough Carmel syrup. I ordered a grande caramel frappe, but my friends loved their drinks! So it was probably just a fluke

I always love to stop here for coffee when i have long drives. I drive from this little town near Chattanooga to Nashville every weekend and this place gets my drink done right! Sometimes they make it super charged with I don’t mind strong coffee (better for me) cause I drive a 7 hr trip. I’ve gone to locations in Chattanooga, Nashville, Murfreesboro, Cleveland, Hixson, Smyrna. And this location right here in Manchester is better at making my shaken espressos , love you guys!! Y’all rock.
