I was so happy this morning to see that this Starbucks has delivery now! So, as I am not feeling well, I ordered a coffee and tipped the driver in advance- generously. When I went to get my coffee, I picked it up the paper bag it came in and noticed the coffee had spilled some, but I wasn’t too worried about it. But then when I picked up the bag, the coffee broke through the bottom and it spilled everywhere. I had zero coffee left and tipped the driver well. Not Starbuck’s fault, but Starbucks? Don’t use Door Dash anymore!!

There are several Starbucks in Hendersonville, but this one is by far the best! Every employee at this location is absolutely wonderful, and always incredibly kind. The coffee and treats are ALWAYS on point, too. We will drive out of the way when we want a coffee just to come to this location. Thank you guys for always being great!

The restaurant is very nice inside. Lots of choices when it comes to sweets and tons of spacious seating. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is lacking a lot. My drink order took forever and none of the employees seem very happy (uncharacteristic for Starbucks).

They may be friendly and busy but 30+minutes when I walk in to place an order is too long. The drive through must take priority because they move through quickly.

I’ve always loved going to the Glenbrook location much! Everyone here has always had a smile, great personality, and provide quality service. I was having a rough morning so went to grab my coffee and had message that gave me a smile. Thank you to the baristas at Glenbrook for making my day!

Everyone was so welcoming when I came in, but Michael was stellar! I accidentally dropped my keys in the trashcan and I asked for a glove to get it myself, but he personally fished for my keys. That’s the kind of employee every Starbucks needs up front!

I came in Monday around 10:30am and I was having a rough morning. I ordered my stuff and the guy was super friendly and asked if i was having a good morning. Of course, I am honest and said no. I get my stuff and the worker is the sweetest person alive! He wrote the sweetest note and overall the sweetest person! If you can read this “thank you! Thank you for everything!” Also, the best honey citrus mint tea i ever had along with the egg bites and cake pop!

This is hands-down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to — and thank the coffee gods, it’s also the one closest to my house.
I fully admit I have a concerning caffeine habit and have visited more Starbucks than I care to confess. So when I say this one’s the best, I mean it.
Honestly, the team here deserves fat raises, gold stars, and a parade. Other locations should send their staff here for training — like a Starbucks bootcamp.
10/10 recommend. Would caffeinate here again. Repeatedly (as I do) Possibly forever.
