Ordered a frapp here today. They got my order wrong and charged my card way more than the drink cost. When I explained the drink I got was wrong the entire staff abandoned the drive-thru window and would not come back. I was on-break from my job and was losing money by staying but they kept me waiting for almost 30 minutes so I had to leave. Several people behind me in the drive-thru got fed up and left before even reaching the window. Basically stole my money.

Got my version of the trend drink (EDWARD) from here.. too bad they don’t have bananas, the drink cost me ($9).. Anyway, they are very accomodating with this kind of long list specified orders.. so don’t forget to tip just incase you’ll be asking for more than the usual. Their “pantry” is empty when I came, but there’s a list of available starbucks food that you can ask the barista if they’ll be able to serve. Actually, I would prefer to visit this branch compared to the other starbucks branches here in montgomery. The location is really nice and when you go inside, it’s really a “cafe” vibe.. maybe when I start my reviews.. I might come here to hangout. Music isn’t that loud too.. there aren’t too many people inside when I visited yesterday. All the baristas are wearing masks, which is good. Social distancing with the table arrangements are evident. I do recommend this starbucks branch ans would come back here again. Download the app in playstore, gives you points per drink.

The air is brisk and I was craving coffee and their delicious Christmas cookies. The system crashed, so the barrister couldn’t ring me up. The manager filled my order anyway, which I thought was noble of him instead of disregarding card users and sending us away empty handed. The mgr & each team member was absolutely delightful, fast, personable & very efficient. I live in the area, so I’m delighted that this is such an excellent location.

Do not order a Peppermint Mocha at the Starbucks on Chantilly. It is a long story, but the person that made my drink and my wife’s drink had no idea. I went the Target Starbucks the next day, and it was great. I will have to say that the person that made our drinks was very nice, but had no idea about how to make the drinks. Not her fault, needs training.

Walked in at 6:20 trying to order, and they said they closed at 6:00, online it says 6:30. Would hope store hours would be corrected. Barista was super sweet but plz fix store hours.
