Truly the worst experience Iv ever had at a Starbucks. We waited an hour to get our drinks and if we didn’t complain, it probably would’ve been a two hour wait. The cafe was filled with angry customers due to them making drinks for drive thru and mobile orders ONLY and completely ignoring those of us in cafe. Whoever’s running that place needs to realize having over 20 people waiting at the counter for their drinks while they completely prioritize the drinks for people who weren’t even there was and is ridiculous. Walking up and complaining about an hour wait and being told “it’s going to be much longer” is not acceptable. All of us in that building deserved a refund and a free drink. To top it off they ran out of cold brew when they finally decided to make my drinks(which took multiple complaints to get) had to settle for something else that was cheaper and didn’t get money back on the price difference. Probably about 8 mobile orders on the counter going bad that never got picked up.

What are you guys doing here? Consistently bad service. No way to call in to tell you that you’ve made a mistake. Extremely rude to my mom this morning, when she told you, you forgot a drink, and you incorrectly told her she was mistaken. I did not pay $25 for 2 kids’ hot Cocos and a grande mocha.
Do better!
Thankfully corporate refunded, but come on shut this place down.

Probably the least impressive Starbucks I’ve been too. Walked into a pile of boxes. Low inventory of cups and no Alabama ones. Food case looked good. Was full. Tables and chairs were disorganized. Ordered and they were out of almond and oat milk. Got coconut milk and no whip due to dairy allergy. When the lady gave me my drink it had whip in it. I’m willing to take it off. Asked what milk it was, she said whole milk. Uhhh. I asked her what the tag said. She was like oh, I didn’t read it. She remade it. Overall it was all ehh. Hoping this place can have a better day tomorrow. Parking was good and it’s right off the road.

I don’t drink coffee but I stopped in for a peppermint Moca for fun. 20 minute wait for a coffee. Staff were pleasant and seemed to have service skills but wait times and floor being dirty not even mopped is a no in my book I would not be coming back.

This Starbucks is no different than every other Starbucks in the realm of long lines in the drive through and GREAT coffees. This one in Scottsboro Alabama is larger than pretty much every Starbucks that is not in a mall within 45 minutes. The parking lot and drive through sort of nightmarish considering I have been 3 times and each time it’s so crowded you would think they are selling “Popeyes” Chicken sandwiches . Parking outside of the parking lot and walking in seemed to be the best option since I have done both and the drive through is about 15 minutes longer in wait time. The inside of this Starbucks has way more tables and counter space. It’s very enjoyable, but I personally like the all wood themed Starbucks joints rather than the wood accents. To me the wood and coffee aroma goes hand in hand. The staff are very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. It took about 8 minutes to get my Iced Apple Crisp Macchiato, but it was well worth the drive and wait.

This locations lobby is usually always closed. They always run out of ingredients or stop doing certain drinks/food items at random times especially during rushes. They also always have seasonal drinks like the new fall drinks listed as sold out online to prevent people from ordering online. it’s been a big inconvenience in my life as a busy college student who drives 30+ minutes to this as my closest location to study and get drinks.

Im a local.. and every time I go here they are out of products, something doesnt function, or they take 30 minutes to serve me. I cant figure out what keeps this place running and why the management hasn’t stepped up.

Almost an hour wait time, unorganized, prioritized mobile orders and drive thru with a full cafe of people waiting for drinks pissed off. By the time they made my drink after asking for a refund (cash only), they ran out of stock which was the icing on the cake. Didn’t even offer to make the drink right away, just said the order was at the bottom of the list and it would be longer. Finally she said she would work on it right then after I asked for a refund. They were not working on what was needed. Drive through wrapped around the building and by the time we left it was empty. Should have been a full refund and free drinks for the waste of time and lack of organization!

this location has really went downhill since they opened a few years ago. it is the slowest starbucks i’ve ever been to. it always takes AT LEAST 10-15 minutes to get through the drive thru every time, even if they are fully staffed. a few of the staff are friendly every now and then, but not today. the guy at the window was acting like he didn’t want to be there, and made me feel like being there was an inconvenience. he handed my drink out and it was sticky and had caramel all down the side of it. then he handed me my bf’s drink (a frapp w/ whipped cream) and the lid was practically falling off. he didn’t even bother to put the lid on the freaking drink correctly before handing it out the window. as i was waiting on my food, the guy just stood there and watched me and my bf struggle to get the lid on, spilling the drink here and there in my car. lazy, slow, unfriendly service, and sticky cups to go with it. i will NOT be back.
