New location, wonderful big interior and drive thru in the Lane Park Village. Be aware that Google Maps isn’t quite accurate yet on the location. The Starbucks is actually closer to Culver Road but Maps sent me towards the Grand Bohemian Hotel. This set up is such an improvement over the old location which was teeny and formerly had no drive thru. Same friendly, fast service.

This is one of the better Starbucks! The staff is courteous and professional. The dining area has plenty of seating. As a matter of fact, it has the largest seating area of any Starbucks I’ve been in. It’s located in Mountainbrook Village.

Unfortunately after two visits this location dilutes the Pike Place too much, it is watered down. They will perhaps convert to the new Clover Vertica machines soon, which deliver a much more consistent cup of coffee.

Visiting from Washington, DC, I came in for your Carmel Bru Latte. The young lady at the registers (wearing all black) never made eye contact with me and really didn’t want to even take my order! I could tell by her disgusted attitude and robotic nature. The store is appealing and beautiful, but one team member needs additional customer service training. I still love Starbuck’s! ☕️
