If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Talk about being treated like you’re invisible. Place wasn’t even crowded. Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, just for them to tell me after I had to ask them for it that they don’t even have them. Not once did anyone inquire why I’m standing in the pickup for 15 minutes. Baristas were in their own little world. I wish I could say this was the first time that this happened but I would be a liar. By far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Cannot recommend to avoid this Starbucks at all costs any stronger!!!!!!

Extremely busy so however even with a line around the building in drive through and a full lobby i walked on there was no line i ordered and had my 3 drinks in under ten min. Amazing service.

Good service, but they ALWAYS undercook the grilled cheese. I’ve been to this location numerous times, always get the same thing, and never once has their grilled cheese been cooked all the way through. Everything else is fine though.

As a former employee and Starbucks regular for 10 years now, I can honestly say this store is perfect & never messes up my drink and I’ve been a regular at this location for about a year now. I think they have my beverage memorized and they are all so friendly. The lines are sometimes long in the drive thru but the store I used to be a regular at in Naples… sucks so bad. This location however reminds me a lot of the way Starbucks intends on having its stores and I really hope corporate is proud of this one 🙂

My Dog and I love Starbucks but we are 1) not adding in tips just because we are promoted to do so (Starbucks is free to pay their staff a living wage) 2) we are cutting back by making our own espresso, iced late, and coffee – at home a double shot Iced latte costs a little over $1.25 using vs $6 tip included.

Last night I entered the drive-thru at 8:22 p.m. on April 15th, 2023. Even though it was not busy I was not allowed to exit the drive-thru until 8:49 p.m. I was forced to wait almost 40 minutes in a Drive-Thru for my order because the person in front of me knew the Starbucks barista running the window and they proceeded to hang out take selfies and exchange and read each other’s phones for almost a half an hour. I could not believe what I was witnessing and myself and the several people behind me we’re being held hostage in line. ALL of us were beeping our horns and yelling out of the window to let us exit, and it was to the point that we no longer cared about our orders we just wanted it to be able to go home. When I finally did get to the drive-thru window after yelling begging screaming and pleading for them to move, the short choppy green haired woman that was running the window begin to lie and make up several excuses as to why she made us all wait for 40 minutes. It was a very bad situation, one that has left me in a bad state mentally and I have reported this heinous event to the district manager and the regional manager and I fully intend to file a lawsuit for this crime that was committed at your location last night. NO ONE should be held against their will regardless of the situation.

Very busy area. We have been here several times, mostly drive-thru. Today we went inside to see how things are inside and found it was a much longer wait for our coffee. Outside the lines are a dozen or so but goes fast. Love this place though.

These were the same kind of drink with the same customization one tastes good and one tastes like milk with sugar. Can you guess which one is which? The milky one was mine and it was disgusting! Never consistent at this location. Staff unfriendly and they are serving customers straws that have no wrapping. YUCK
