Ordered a normal Caramel Latte but got something with a thick dry foam with like soggy rice crispies caked all in the top. The mix is flavorless and disgusting with the texture of muffin batter. Been ordering the same thing for many years from other locations and never received this viscous concoction in of sludge. Horrible.

Happy to have a new Starbucks location which is very convenient to me. All of the employees I have seen since the opening were very nice, quick to resolve a mistake and overall just a good place. So much better than Cocoplum location. I truly hope the positive attitude and cleanliness will stay the same as it is now:) bonus points for adequate parking lot with enough space to accommodate even during high-demand time.

I absolutely love this location as it is very convenient and overall great. My only complaint is that when I come in the mornings before work my drink is made absolutely excellent-but for some reason when I come in the afternoon that is not the case. My drink tastes bitter and even though I customize it to be sweet it was not. The espresso tasted bitter and it was warm even though I ordered it iced. Anyways, overall doing an excellent job

Just have to kick my habit cold turkey I guess!? Since opening I have gotten the same exact coffee everyday. No exaggeration, they make it cold instead of a hot coffee 90-95% of the time. No biggie right? They always make me a correct one, but I have to wait for them to scramble and get it going and the live never happens when someone is rushed so my mobile order turns into 10-15 minutes in the store getting a rushed order. Really defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and how does it get made wrong 9 out of 10 times consistently???? This morning couldn’t even get my $9 drink because the entire staff was lost over something and the manager literally just walking around in circles doing nothing. I’m a simple man who loves a good Starbucks, tip consistently, but it’s just ridiculous at this point to spend 300-400/month for poor quality and poor service.

Great location! Close to home, will never go to CocoPlum again. Also, forgot to ask his name but the dark haired handsome guy with longer hair that was working the drivethru on May 6th gave amazing customer service, very nice person.

Store doesn’t look to have ever been cleaned since opening. A massive coffee spill there for at least two weeks. Front trash always overflowing. Starbucks as a whole is suffering…….used to be my favorite treat and it is concerning what’s happening to the chain. Paying $8 for a coffee the place should be clean. Also, haven’t got my cup filled to the top in forever. Again, an $8 should have a full cup and there’s no way I’m getting my proper amount of shots…..just disappointing.

So I was very excited when I heard another Starbucks was opening in NP. So did a mobile order and parked at the store and proceeded through the front doors. I was immediately greeted with “Sir, sir…you cannot be in here!” I said really the doors are open and I have an order to pick. They again said we’re not open inside and you have to go through the drive thru. I saw my coffee sitting there, I was literally the only customer at the store inside or out. I said you can’t just hand me my coffee that’s already paid for? Nope! You can bring it up with the fire marshal. So, told them that was the stupidest thing I’ve heard of and told her to lock the doors if customers aren’t allowed inside.

Im not sure who i talked to today (5/8/23) but i was having the most unlucky day ever and when i ordered off off the starbucks app i chose the first starbucks that popped up as i thought it would have been the closest one, but i chose the starbucks in the cocoplum plaza instead of the one i went to, and the girl who took my order was the sweetest person ever, she made me day so much better, she was very understanding and positive and after i had to chose a whole other order because they were sold out of my original order, she didnt charge me extra and she gave me an extra cake pop just for my bad day, i love the customer service at starbucks and this one girl made my day so much better, i would give her a hug if i could find who she is! i highly recommend this Starbucks
