Went to Marco Island on business and took a 2.5 mile walk a few times to this Starbucks. The place is super clean and the staff are well-trained and friendly. They really enjoyed their jobs and had some good vibe old school tunes going on while we had our breakfast. It was so nice to see the team having fun, singing and just enjoying what they were doing. The fun and engaged culture of this store is apparent and felt by the customers. They service was efficient and the food and drinks were great. Definitely worth the almost 5 mile round trip walk to the store just to experience the positive vibes. It is worth a stop when in Marco, you won’t be disappointed.

Food Is extremely excellent. But they need more workers- Cold drinks normally take 10-15 minutes EXCEPT it’s worth the wait they make drinks fast In a way that people will enjoy the drink. There food is A+. I highly recommend this place

The guy who runs Starbucks on Marco is fantastic. Today however..with the crowd..my drink was not good. I order the same way every time…my drink was 3/4 full and missing both the syrup and the cinnamon that I requested. Very expensive to not get what you pay for.

Staff was nice, but my $6 drink was 99% ice. I should have known when half of what the barista mixed didn’t go in my cup and she dumped it. I didn’t realize until I got to the car and my drink was gone in 2 sips. I would have gone back inside if I had the time. I would not recommend them for iced drinks. I got a better and larger drink from Dunkin on Collier than I did here.

Iced teas that are supposed to be on hand were not ready, causing a 10 minute wait for our drinks and no offer of price relief or any sort of acknowledgement. When I asked the Barista laughed at me and said “no”. When it was finally ready the tea was delicious as expected.

Starbucks is where I get my “cheat” meal/drink once in a while and I was super excited to get my iced white chocolate mocha during vacation and devastated when they were sold out at 9am. However, they recommended something similar, guaranteed me I would love it as much, and did not charge me for it. The toasted white mocha did it for me!!!! Amazing and I’m grateful for their customer service.
