I wish could rate this place “0” stars. Placed my order at 2:01pm and after 10 min of waiting I received my drink. Received wrong order and the barista offered to fix it. I agreed. I waited 10 more minutes for my drink to sit there and she never fixed it. Instead she fixed two more drinks that were after my order. Which she also messed up making. Check in your system and verify the time of my refund. Over all you lost an everyday customer. It’s not the first time I have this experience but it will definitely be my last. Change your manager. Because she stated it’s one of those days. Smh.

Definitely a hit or miss here. Some days service is great, friendly and the order is right. Other days it feels like you’re just an after thought to the baristas, regardless of how busy it is. The changeover is high. Is this a training location?

Well this Starbucks is a hit or miss I love coming here there’s certain people there that make the best matcha and some Half ahh do it right and ima be a little specific but there’s a young man with glasses he always makes the best matcha but idk I felt like today and another time they made my matcha nasty like they put too much matcha powder and you know it ain’t cheap especially the order I do which is $9 and honestly I hate to be that person to pop up n be like heyyy can you redue my drink but I just ended up throwing it away but please yall don’t do a matcha girl like that

Jaime was amazing. Thank you for your attentiveness. It normally takes about 10 minutes for just a black cup of coffee(reason I rarely go anymore to Starbucks). Jaime gave me my coffee at the register brought me a refill to the table. Take about amazing! Thank you!

The baristas Emily and Amy here are both so amazing!! I made a mistake ordering my drink through the app and they both were SO nice and quick about fixing it for me and getting me the drink I originally wanted. I love coming to this Starbucks because the service here really is the best. Thank you again!!

I’ve always appreciated and had good experiences at this Starbucks. This is the closest location some of my family lives by so it’s been frequented by us.
They’re usually very on pace with everything, even though it manages to be pretty consistently busy like most Starbs stores. I usually have never had to wait long for my order, whether I ordered ahead or just at the register.
It’s the same consistent Starbucks products, so if you enjoy them you’ll like this location, if you’re not a fan don’t expect anything different or newly exciting.
The workers are typically pretty friendly as well. One time, I was a complete dummy and ordered ahead to the wrong location. I came in here and they didn’t have my order (duh, wrong place) so I asked them about it and they made me the drink and didn’t even charge me!
It’s a clean space that has good seating to do work or study, or sit outside on their mini patio. If there was one issue for me it’d just be the odd place they are in. The parking lot is not set up in a way that makes a ton of sense but that’s not really in their control.

the drive through is absolutely horrendous, why is the line basically at the road and not moving when there are only 3 ppl inside. there is honestly no reason to be so slow i will actually never come back here ever again. it took me almost an hour to get 1 drink and there were maybe 7 cars in front of me.

The employees at this store appeared to be RUDE/not have a care in the world. I went there to pick up a doordash order. I was waiting for over 20 minutes. I’m 1 of those drivers that dont rush the employees when picking up orders. I wait. The store was not busy and they just looked at me…not even asking if i needed help. They tended to everyone else. Finally I was asked if i needed help…I told them i had a order. Come to find out…the order was already made…they didnt even pack the food/drinks up. They were going to put the food in the bag and im like “Do you think that needs to be re-made? Its bad enough y’all didnt tell me it was ready…but that sandwich is cold” She says “I guess i could re-make it”. I’m not saying all the employees but these girls that were working Sunday afternoon November 16, 2025 need a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were not that busy to be ignorning me for over 20 minutes. RUDE, Didnt even offer a apology..And all doordash orders should be packed/sealed/stapeled/ready to go instead of hiding it/leaving it cold/unattended. MANAGEMENT needs to talk to these girls
