I travel a lot for work throughout the country. So I’ve been the MANY Starbucks. I come to this location about once a month. The staff at this location are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Orders are processed quickly, and drinks are delivered within a few minutes, even during busy times. All the baristas are wonderful. I have a great time chatting with the women with the dreadlocks, she’s a great time! Keep rocking Plant City!

This location is awful. They put regular milk in my oatmilk drink when I can’t drink milk. On my return visit they gave me a black coffee instead of my flavored coffee and I had to pull over and gag out of my car on my way to work and go to a different location to get a remake because I cannot drink straight up black coffee. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location if you want your order made correctly. This Starbucks is disgusting

I went through the drive-through asked for a ice coffee with cream and sugar, there was 3 cars ahead of me and still waited literally 10min for basically a cup of milk jam packed with ice (I finished my large in 3 sips) charged me $6 and then asked for a tip. honestly go to racetrack across the street ice coffee is < $3 and you can add your own ingredients…. Probably won’t be back

Every time I go in, I’m always welcome with a warm smile and a greeting. Drinks always have the cutest messages and drawings shout out to (Alexis and Mercedes). I had a chance to connect with the shift lead in charge (Eveny) to let her know that the experience was the best I’ve had in any other Starbucks and to keep up the good work

I have been coming to this location for a while now and have constantly been impressed. The staff and atmosphere make me feel like I am visiting a local independent coffee shop rather than a giant franchise. They always make sure to go above and beyond with making you feel welcome. The drinks and food are also always on point. Highly recommend.

I switched to this starbucks simply because its close to my job. I have worked in plant city for 16 years wi5h me going to this one for many years daily Monday through Friday and I get the same thing everyday and I have had so many mess up on my drink. That i find out when I am at work and it isn’t convenient to go back the same day. When I call sometimes in the morning no one answers the phone or finally someone answers. And its always come back now or in the morning to replace it. Its always a shame that this happens too much that I may see if I can try a buy what I get off line and make it since its empress cloud green tea. Because i don’t like early Grey tea at all

This location is my absolute favorite ! The whole morning staff is Amazing. They know you by name, the customer service is impeccable & they always have a smile on their face…..unless the sun is blasting them in the eyes at the drive thru window in the morning. Even then they are smiling. I highly recommend.
