I enjoy having a coffee on Sundays and decided to try this shop for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While I received kind assistance from other staff members, the person in charge of preparing my coffee was rude and, after a long wait, simply placed the cup on the table in an unfriendly manner.
On top of that, the appearance of my coffee was terrible — it’s the first time I’ve felt I wouldn’t want to come back for a coffee.

Then the barista continued to make the drink wrong. I even showed the lady what it was. This is the grossest coffee I’ve ever had! My kids tried it even mother. Yeah it was absolutely disgusting!!
You can’t even listen or SEE what someone is showing you they would like made?
Drink completely made wrong.
Asked for: Trenta White Mocha ice coffee strawberry cold foam, strawberry puree, pump of crème brûlée, double shot of ristretto… Carmel drizzle and crumbles this is NOT that. This was the 2nd make also. Smh
I even showed the barista, nope!
This location has gone downhill big time!!

The staff here was extra nice today! They even wrote a cute little, “Have a great afternoon” on my cup. It’s the little things that make all the difference with customers, and it’s part of why I love this location.

Beckah was really nice when I called inquiring about the ham/Swiss baguette sandwich. She saved 1 for me after our local store was out. The service outside of that was okay. My drink came out first, 10 minutes later my husband’s drink and eventually my sandwich.

This Starbucks is always super fast whether you were in the drive-through or decide to dine in. It is clean and well maintain. They always have up-to-date decor, and Starbucks collectible cups to purchase if you would like the barista’s are knowledgeable about the menu and give great suggestions if you were not sure of what to order.
