My lovely bride and I stopped on our way from the Van Expo, getting here about 5:30. Easy parking even though they appeared busy, but there was no waiting for seating. We sat on the patio on a cool and sunny afternoon, about 70. There was no shade, but it was very pleasant. If it were hot, inside would have been the better option. There looked to be another patio on the other side that was probably shaded.

Everything was wonderful. They add the tip onto the bill so you don’t need to worry about it. (CHP 22% – (creating happy people). Service was great.

Came to the restaurant after a suggestion from the front desk at a neighboring hotel. We were greeted with such a warm welcome even though we arrived late in the evening. The food was delicious and the service was awesome. I can’t say enough about Sam and our server Isabella. They were so friendly. In fact, we enjoyed our meal and service so much we returned the following night for the same meal and the same great service…even though we were staying a half hour away. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone in the area. I only wish we didn’t live 1,200 miles away or we would be coming back a lot more. Thanks again for making our trip to Colorado so enjoyable! One little side note, the roasted cauliflower pasta is amazing!

Sorta hit or miss. Some of the food is tasty some of the food (the trout special for restaurant week) is terrible. Tips are included in a disingenuous 22% “creating happy people” fee. Disingenuous because that fee also covers credit card fees and subsidizes managers salaries. This practice is also illegal as the FLSA § 531.54(c)(3) and (d), which currently provide that an employer may not “include” managers and supervisors in tip pools or sharing.

The inside of the restaurant is packed with cool furnishings and history. There was live music from a talented pianist who sang while he played, I specifically remember him playing Harvest Moon by Neil Young.

Good food with great service! A little on the pricey side, but so worth it. I had the fried catfish, and man was it good!

First off, our waitstaff was attentive, very helpful, and this review should not reflect towards them.

What a great surprise! I took my mom here for a day inner out and everything we got was great. The service was what I would expect from a white tablecloth type restaurant. We had the Skillet trout and the bison short rib. The short rib was cooked to falling off the bone perfection over a bed of great root veggies including a delicious celery root. The trout was lightly breaded and cooked with skill and the pan sauce complemented it perfectly.
