There were four people working behind the counter, yet no one acknowledged me the entire time I was waiting to place my order. Instead, staff avoided eye contact until I finally had to ask if someone could please help me.

I understand that it was busy, and I can appreciate that, but basic acknowledgment goes a long way. The focus seemed to be entirely on the drive-thru while customers at the counter were ignored. Unfortunately, this was a clear lack of customer service and made for a frustrating experience.

NIGHTMARE experience at this location. I was very patient and waited over 12 minutes for my online order that I had placed far in advance. I was completely ignored by all of the employees but Keevon truly put the cherry on top by fully dismissing me and giving me a smirk when I kindly asked if he could check on my sandwich. He came back with no update and continued to ignore me. Extremely rude and inhumane behavior. I received no apology and was basically thrown my sandwich. For the amount we pay on these drinks, Starbucks do better….

Starbucks has just completely fallen off. 8 bucks for a drink that can’t even be done right, most likely because the place is understaffed and they have to be writing those useless notes on the cups. People are honestly better off going to a diff coffee shop knowing the drink is carefully crafted than getting a drink that was rushed, bad, and expensive. I asked to get my drink remade to decaf since I struggle with panic attacks, and they just wrote the word “decaf” on the same cup and handed it to me. Now I have crazy heart palpitations.

This place is very negligent of their customers, Everything seems so funny to them when there’s a discrepancy. But they’re not getting paid enough to treat people how they treat people. But money should never be a factor of how you treat someone. I believe his name is Josh. He’s the the Ring leader. If you show any dissatisfaction due to the order being off in anyway, they will tamper with your food. Tread lightly.

I am very disappointed with this Starbucks store. I ordered 4 turkey bacon sandwichs and a 2 cold brew coffee and more from the drive-through, but they gave me a cold sandwich and a sweet coffee instead. This is the second time they made a mistake in my order. When I went back to them, they were very rude and unprofessional. They did not apologize or offer any compensation. They just refunded me and told me to leave. The manager was especially hostile and refused to give me her ID number. This is not how Starbucks should treat their customers. They need to train their staff better and improve their customer service.

Used my $25 gift card on this Starbucks location. Got three ham and Swiss baguettes because that’s all I could get. No vegetables inside unfortunately. Not a fan of the price but wanted to get food instead of beverages. The employee was friendly, quick and knowledgeable regarding the order and the heating of the sandwiches. It is quite spacious inside.

I visited this Starbucks on Oct.19 around 12 PM and ordered a Venti drink and a Tall drink, which totaled about $16. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up at the register, and I was initially charged for a Grande instead of a Venti. While I didn’t mind paying the difference, I was disappointed that my drink wasn’t remade promptly. The barista prioritized other orders before mine, even though the error wasn’t my fault.
Additionally, the Tall drink I ordered for my son had a cracked cup and leaked. When I returned to get it remade, a male barista was very accommodating and fixed it quickly. However, the initial barista, Amelia (with orange hair), was quite unprofessional and dismissive. I also noticed her and another colleague whispering about me, which felt very uncomfortable and uncalled for.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

This location was great when it first opened. I was there Sunday and now it’s filthy, sugar flies all around, and the sitting area has trash on the floor. The display case for pastries had little Flys on them. Zoom into photos to see. The black specs are sugar flies. Said something about it and was dismissed. More flies around the pick-up & prep area. Very disappointed and disgusted.

The baristas NEVER say hello when you enter. I stood at the counter to order the gentlemen looked me in my face and continued to stock items. This was 10/3/25 I frequent this location. I normally tolerate the unfriendly behavior when I enter. However, the direct disrespect to not even say I will be right with you. Might I also add there were no other customers . Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I’d rather go to another location further than support this type of behavior.
