Food tastes amazing but the service was bad. Bailey was very nice and friendly to us but Michel was horrible. She did not greet us, she gave us small portion and ignored us when we called it out. I would come back here but I honestly couldn’t stand Michel.

I’ve been coming here for years!!!!! But today when I was served at 3:15pm all that changed!when I was ordering sesame chicken & I asked the server if she can leave green beans out she said no! I told her you guys always do it for me and still she said no. The employee next to her also said no. I was very disappointed in this. I just left didnt dine in. My family & I won’t be coming back.

Following the right social distancing rules. Good that they are having the buzzers to notify people waiting outside that their to-go is ready. Service was good except that they missed teriyaki sauce from chicken teriyaki ordered.
Recent Visit: It’s 9.20 pm and they are out of almost everything. There are only few leftovers. Why is it that it’s open till 10 pm then. Visit before 9 pm if you want your choice of food.

I have loved the food at Panda Express ever since I worked for the company around 20 years ago. Lol my family is half Chinese and I know some of them don’t like it but we all have different tastes when it comes to food. I only wish I liked the fried rice and chow main at Panda Express. Lol maybe add some more egg and some BBQ pork to the fried rice and some veggies and meat to the chow main. Have 2 options of fried rice and chow main. Charge an extra dollar or two for the upgraded rice and chow main.

Popped in to grab a quick dinner at the Story Road location. Everything was pretty good until I finished eating and needed to use the restroom. It was a few minutes after 9. I asked a staff fir the code and she gave it to me, but it didn’t work. I went back to the staff and told her, and she turned to a coworker and asked if she closed the bathroom, and she said she had because she cleaned them. Not knowing what to say I asked again if I could use the restroom, and this time they said no. So, just know that dining at Panda Express does not include restroom usage.
