Following the right social distancing rules. Good that they are having the buzzers to notify people waiting outside that their to-go is ready. Service was good except that they missed teriyaki sauce from chicken teriyaki ordered.

They did not put my 3rd entree (the premium one I paid extra for) in the bag and I had to drive back. When I confronted them, they asked if I wanted to return everything. They did not offer to make up for the huge inconvenience. You need to train your employees better. This is ridiculous.

Popped in to grab a quick dinner at the Story Road location. Everything was pretty good until I finished eating and needed to use the restroom. It was a few minutes after 9. I asked a staff fir the code and she gave it to me, but it didn’t work. I went back to the staff and told her, and she turned to a coworker and asked if she closed the bathroom, and she said she had because she cleaned them. Not knowing what to say I asked again if I could use the restroom, and this time they said no. So, just know that dining at Panda Express does not include restroom usage.

I had a horrible experience here, I ordered through their online service and when I went to pick up my order the employees simply told me they stop taking orders at a certain time however they neglected to cancel my order so I still went in and wasted my gas and I have not received compensation and I had to wait a whole week for my refund when I ask the employees how I can get my money back they said I would have to go through customer service mind you they were all cleaned up and ready to go 30 minutes before they’re closing time. Stay away from this place they don’t care about you and they don’t care about customer service.

Really disappointed at the service at this Panda Express. I dropped in for a takeout order. The chowmein needed replenishment and I was told it will be ready in 5 minutes. In addition, I wanted to order Kung Pao chicken which was also not there but was being made. Mushroom chicken and black pepper chicken were also empty. This was around 8:30 pm. I ordered 2 bowls and a plate with chowmein and fried rice. The server gave the fried rice and told me to pay while I wait for the chowmein. After 5-7 minutes when I got handed my takeout order, I’m glad I checked. The bowls had chowmein whereas the plate didn’t. They just forgot. After mentinoning that, I got the chowmein. When I brought my food home, I discovered I didn’t get Kung Pao chicken, it’s just Kung Pao zucchini. There were 1-2 pieces of chicken with the rest being zucchini and other vegetables. Also there were no peanuts. Really terrible service.

Very Bad Customer Service. We finished ordering and they ding not say anything, they just put our plates a side. I guess they did not have enoughg fried rice, however they did not memtiom this sikce the begining when she took our order. We ended up waiting 20 min and no one said only single word. And they ended up burning the rice anyways! Also one of the employees kept playing with the food and the food container from the inside with his bare hands, and kept playing around with the chicken. They are very unorganized.
