My experience was great and the drive through was fast people were friendly but my coffee was insanely strong and it tasted great. I drank the iced shaken espresso like I have 100s of times before but I spent 20 minutes throwing up about 1 hour later had bad heart palpitations and felt really dizzy I drink coffee everyday but this was nuts I actually considered going to the hospital. My wife handled it better only getting fast heart beat but wow I’m actually terrified to drink coffee again knowing just a little to much expresso in my drink will do that. Hopefully staff can re adjust only leaving a review because of how miserable it made me feel.

I ordered a tall hot chocolate with caramel drizzle this morning. What I received was a HALF cup of warm milk. I drove back to ask them to replace my drink, which they kindly did. However, when I got back to my office and opened the lid, I saw a piece of plastic floating around in my drink – how disgusting!! Even though the staff is friendly, the quality control is extremely poor at this Murrell Road location.

I just want to give a shout out to the young ladies working today, there’s 4 of them and they are hustling!! They are friendly, helpful and patient!! Not my usual Starbucks, but look forward to stopping in again!

Overall it was a great branch. Angel and Hannah were amazing and helpful. However, there was a fly in the glass case with the snacks. Besides that, the java chip frapp and the almond milk latte was pretty tasty. The hot mocha wasn’t as good though. The bathrooms were clean and had the essentials.

What’s going on with this place? Mobile orders only & lobby closed? They make it extremely difficult for us non cell phone users as well as physically challenged to assess. At the time of my visit, there were seven staff members visible, indicating a shift to the national “to-go” model & not a focus on customer service. Very disappointed in our local store.

Do NOT go inside to order. Even if the cars are wrapped into the gas station, resist. The way their ordering works is it will prioritize every drive-through drink and online order above a dine in. For the third time (I don’t learn) I waited for almost a half hour for a black Americano. Last time it was 27 minutes for a Pike Place drip coffee.

Lots of employees, but not enough to get drinks made right and in a timely manner. Not many people inside only 3 customers before me waiting a while to get a drink each. I love going to Starbucks, but this one is the worst. Even when you tell them they made the drink wrong, they said they would make it right and started working on others. Would not recommend this one!!!

Location sucks sat in drive thru from 5:02-5:20 nobody opened. Need better staffing and a manager that’s an owner not a renter. No coffee to start the new year. Worse yet no pup cup for doggie. Have to wait on scooters to open promptly at 6. Get it together. Your the coffee pros.

The young lady that took our order was lovely. The gentleman that gave us our order couldn’t even respond when my daughter said thank you because he was too busy having a conversation that shouldn’t be had at work.
