I frequent this particular Starbucks (4 times a week) but lately things have been in slowmo mode. I’m not sure of what is going on but I order from my app way before I arrive and still have to wait a good 7-10 minutes (usually having to ask about my order) to get 1 cup of coffee!

Horrible experience. My coffee didn’t even look like a coffee, didn’t have whip cream like I asked, no toppings, no caramel and was half empty. Sandwich is nothing like advertised and looked just as bad. Opened my bag just to be extremely disappointed. 24.00 wasted. (Straw is in coffee due to me poking the odd looking stuff at the top to see what it was. ) I seriously can’t believe this is the quality of what’s being given to customers.

A bit slow for Starbucks, the new location is great for Pensacola. It seems like the staff is getting used to the new location and picking up speed. This one did not hit the ground running by any means. It almost seemed to have a staff entirely made up of trainees. That doesn’t sound right to me, but that is what it felt like. It is possible they were understaffed initially. I will update later.

Extremely fast and friendly service! We were pushing the 9pm closing time but were pleasantly surprised to have the order ahead option still working. Upon arrival we found 5 cars in the drive-thru ahead of us but we were still to the window in under 2 minutes. And the drinks were piping hot!!! Exactly what we needed to keep us awake for our drive home. Keep up the good work.

Love their coffee and tea, but getting in and out of this place can be nearly impossible. Whoever allowed the entrance to be so close to the traffic signal wasn’t thinking of the amount of traffic around a Starbucks. I won’t go to this one anymore. Sometimes the traffic is in the street waiting in the drive thru or just trying to park. Unbelievable!

I love this Starbucks! The staff is particularly awesome . The last few times I’ve been I’ve had the same great service and was able to finish up some programming assignments at the back table. There are lots of outlets to plug all my tech into and the vibe is just “on point.” Chelsea is the sweetest barista, anytime she’s working we just have her pick something awesome from the menu for us to try and she ALWAYS delivers! 10/10!

The most awful Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. Today I place an order a pretty good-sized order them. My app kicks me to a location that I previously ordered about 20 minutes away from here. So I walk into the Starbucks and I stand there a few minutes and one guy asked what’s the name on the order I tell him he says okay I’ll get it ready 10 minutes later I’m still standing there. I asked about the order the same guy tells me oh you didn’t order hear you ordered somewhere else and walks away from me l. Any other Starbucks would have taken care of it and made my order there not this place. They tell me it’s only a short drive away. I leave call the other Starbucks management tells me they’re supposed to take care of it as long as they see the receipt which they did. So I come back in and I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes waiting for someone to let me know what’s happening.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I worked at starbs for the past 4 years and I know how it is sometimes!! Y’all are so friendly & fast. My drink has been made consistently perfect every time which honestly is hard to come by lately with other stores. Thanks y’all, really been loving my stay in Pensacola including coming to visit here as often as I can to get an afternoon coffee!! ☺️
