The majority of employees at this location are unbelievably rude. I understand that some customers are rude but you work at Starbucks aka CUSTOMER SERVICE job. If you don’t like it then work somewhere else. It’s insane. I used to work at Starbucks I know it can be hard during peak hours but that is no excuse for the attitude these employees give. Especially little miss attitude with the septum piercing. We are paying $6-$8 per drink, the least you can do is be a little kinder.

The grande lids are not cut correctly which makes them not fit the cups properly and instead of paying attention to that detail your store used it anyway and when they handed me the cup it seemed OK until the steam from the hot coffee make the cup softer and when I got to work and picked up my coffee the lid popped off and coffee spilled all in my car and all over me. I wrote corporate on this matter and sent them pictures and I still have the cup to prove what I’m saying. I now have to have my car professionally cleaned because of all the coffee not too mention I had to go to work and do an 8hr shift covered in coffee. Needless to say I’m very angry that your employees was so oblivious to the lids not fitting correctly and continued to use them (you can look at them and tell the problem) the whole sleeve of lids should have been trashed.

Nice convenient location, with plenty of parking, and a drive thru. Baristas always provide quick friendly service, and orders always seem to be right. The only downside to this location is how loud it is. Every sound in here echos and is magnified, buy the open concept, cement floor, and high ceiling. It’s picky, but man this is a loud shop.

Be careful coming here, I simply asked the blonde older woman in the drive thru if they stirred my “cold brew” because it was all one color like a basic iced coffee and she tried to tell me “that’s what it’s like when it’s sitting” which is not true. I order daily, when it sits the milk drizzles down lines, it’s not one uniform color. She then said “I work here” and slammed the window shut. The issue isn’t even the coffee, I stir my cold brews once I get them too. But last time it wasn’t a cold brew it was literally an iced coffee and for 5$+ you better believe I want to drive off with the correct drink. She could have just asked the one who made it if she stirred. Getting tired of the window workers in this town not knowing how to be a decent human being. Especially when they’d act the same if their orders looked wrong too. Google a cold brew, it’s not one color and no one deserves to be disrespected over asking if they stirred it.

Very busy at times but amazing staff! The inside is adorable when it’s open and they are always friendly. Drinks come out usually on time and are almost always perfect! I’m a daily drinker and love my location despite how packed it is. It’s worth the wait! I suggest ordering online for in store pickup :). The take one/leave one wall is adorable and always fun to read! Really leaves a sense of community ❤️ I will miss this Starbucks when I move

Usually really good for the most part, but due to rushing a bit too much when it gets busy they have often messed up my drink order. Usually I would have then remake it but someone usually bring it to me and when I’ve picked up they have been packed. My most recent complaint though is I love the matcha latte and everytime I ask for light ice, as indicated in the pics I always have more ice than drink. Again I would have them redo it but the last 3 times I’ve ordered they have been brought to me. No point in calling if I get off late. I’d rather go on post from now on.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! I’m here from out of town and have come here twice. The first time they took 25 mins for my drink. Now, I preordered on the app at 10:15 and the order was supposed to be ready at 10:31… it’s 10:46 and it’s still not ready. We are here visiting family and heading to church with no time to waste! My son is inside trying to get a refund now. Terrible location!
