Usual Starbucks experience but I wonder why when I order coffee no matter what size I NEVER get what I paid for? This time I ordered a venti and the coffee was low enough to be a grande? Why? Why is it that the coffee is never full?

I walked inside to order around 8:45 am when there were no other customers in line, stood at the counter, and 3 employees all working didn’t even acknowledge me for several minutes. Not even a “we’ll be right with you.” The drive thru was not busy, so I have no idea what they were doing. I walked out because apparently I died and am now a ghost.

Today I ordered the wrong drink. I was so tired that I forgot to mention I wanted my drink iced The staff member Athena that took my order was super helpful in correcting my drink and remaking it. Ridiculous service for a busy location. Store didn’t change app settings to reflect inside cafe was closed and had to do drive thru pickup with a drive thru that wasn’t moving. After waiting almost 30 min in drive thru finally received mobile order! Something needs to be done!

Quick in and out, got the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. It was prepared properly. Restrooms were clean. Easy in and off from the highway, maybe a few miles down.
