Great surprise along the road. Great decor and service. Food was very good. Pretty standard American cafe food on the menu. Our waitress had a great demeanor. Friendly and attentive. The manager (or owner) stopped by to check on everyone. Well worth the stop on the way to or from Branson.

I read the reviews before going. It sounded great. I didn’t see the part where they moved from the quaint little building to the truck stop, so I wasn’t sure I was in the right place.
The service was good, and the people were very friendly, but nothing was fast.
The food, (which is why we came based on the reviews), it was not anywhere near the 5 star reviews people are giving it, and I’m including pics. Ham in the omelet, burnt. Bacon that I chewed on for several minutes, dry, hard chunks. I’ve never had such a dry biscuit, it crumbled to pieces, hard and dry. The hash browns were floating in oil. The gravy was just weird tasting. I left most of it on the plate.

The food was delicious. My wife couldn’t stop raving about the BLT, and enjoyed the onion rings as well. My son enjoyed his grilled cheese and fries so much that he ate everything. The pancakes were light and fluffy with a little crisp on the edges. Also, the scent and flavor of vanilla is what really made these pancakes delicious.

STAY AWAY! I don’t want this wonderful gem to be “discovered “. Breakfast here on 5/9/2025. Biscuits and gravy with coffee and bacon. Huge portions and so very delicious. Waitstaff made us feel at home from the start. Easy parking. Lots of seating. We’ll be back!

We went here for brunch because of the reviews and recommendations from other guests where we are staying. Service was excellent, place was clean and good vibe atmosphere, but the food, well, it wasn’t what was raved about. I had breakfast. My hash browns were super greasy, along with everything else. That’s not the worst part though. The grease tasted like it was old, like needed to be changed a couple of weeks ago old. That alone tainted everything on my plate because it all had the grease flavor. Our other brunch company stated the same complaints. Not dogging the place, because if you don’t know it’s broke, you can’t fix it. I think i would’ve had a completely different review, had the grease been changed (& not as much used).

Service was excellent, food was nasty, Soaked in grease. Grease tasted old. Breakfast burrito had so much grease dripping out. I didn’t ask for a replacement, because if this simple meal tasted this bad I could imagine the other. Husband had biscuits and gravy, same thing didn’t take good at all.

They have moved! Still the same great service the ladies have always provided and delicious foods. Don’t let this treasure be forgotten just because of the relocation. They deserve our business! We visit multiple times a year while in Branson from out of town. We never skip Log Cabin Cafe.

Cozy little diner right next to the resort we were staying at . Staff were all very friendly and helpful .
Our food came out very quickly and was very good. Minus the foreign object in my daughter’s macaroni and cheese which was promptly replaced with a fresh one .
Not the cheapest place around but it was good food and good people . Would definitely eat here again if in the area
