I ordered the pineapple passion fruit lemonade drink from the drive through. It took over five minutes to get the drink while I was at the window. I received my drink, tasted it and it tasted watered down. I went in to tell them it tasted watery more then fruity. They apologized and preceded to make another. I noticed the lemonade was low in the container they was getting it from. Instead of pouring more lemonade in the container they poured more water and filled it to the top. Please taste your drink before you leave the store and drive through. The quality of the drinks are not like they use to be. I through the drink away. I will not be returning to this location. I will take the extra miles to the Grayson location if I have to until this location bring back quality drinks.

Had a bad experience two days in a row. I doubt I will go back to the Starbucks. The first time I had a repeat my order seven times. The second time I got two bagels toasted and one thing of cream cheese. I was not pleased having to eat my bagel with no cream cheese. At least the lady was actually listening to me when I was talking and got my drink order right the first time.

This is the third time I have visited this location and the employees never greet African American customers. They turn and walk away. As soon as a Caucasian walked in everyone greeted the customer welcoming the customer to Starbucks. I thought I was imagining this, but when it happened for the third time, I said enough is enough. I will not return to this location. I will take my business elsewhere! ‍♀️

Sometimes you can’t even bother with this business because of its: (1) Poor location mixed with (2) a very dumb drive through design. Most mornings you can simply glance at the messy, crowded little parking lot and immediately know you’ll never get your drink in a reasonable amount of time. And the interior of the store is so small and claustrophobic, going inside is simply not an option – and my car would be trapped by the drive thru anyway.

This location never has nitro cold brew available. I always have to call ahead to make sure they have it. I called one time to confirm they have it and said yes. When I get there and order, they say they are out.

I ordered Uber eats from this location and my bag was sealed/taped 3 times, there was a nice little sticker on my lid, and the drink carrier INSIDE the bag made it so that it was delivered without spills. This is much appreciated!! Super happy with the attention to detail here!

0/5 Honestly, I frequent this store about 3-4 times a week through mobile order. Had an Awful experience today. Typically, the Manager “Tracy” (older lady w/bad attitude) is pretty snippy but I don’t have to deal with her long as I’m just picking up. Today my daughters drink was stolen. There was no empathy. Just attitude. Clearly she needs to be retrained in customer service. All you have to say is “I apologize for your experience here today. If you’d like to come in I will have your drink ready with me, and I have a card for you.” This lady got an attitude and told me to call customer service to get my money back. Didn’t know the number, didn’t know GMs name or number, didn’t know anything. Her energy and negative attitude caused me to become upset as well. This could have been resolved a lot faster/easier with a bit of understanding. And without the forced fake dry apology with no resolution.

I’m not sure exactly why but I have noticed that the service address of Starbucks has gone down recently. I was just there today and had to wait over 15 minutes for a cup of coffee with cream and Splenda. That’s it what made it worse was there a manager sitting in the dining room, and not one of them got up to help or offer assistance. And once I received my cup of coffee, it wasn’t even hot. i’ve always been a huge spokes person for Starbucks convincing my friends. It’s the best place to go for a cup of coffee lately this hasn’t been so. I hope you get back to delivering the quality of service. I’ve always expected from Starbucks.
