The staff on Oct 14th, 2025 during the morning shift was so helpful and nice! Had my dog with me in the car and the drive thru staff said he was handsome. Unfortunately I spilled two of my coffees on the way to work and had to turn around to see if they would be able to remake them. When I came back the people I had just seen asked if I was okay in worry and helped me out with pleasure. Zaina seemed busy but still came over and assisted. Zaina was super nice and made my drinks. She even wrote “Drive Safe” on my cup.

I love this one, everyone is dope! But I hope whoever runs it figures out how to keep both the drive through and cafe open. I preorder on my way to work for speed..then sit in line forever while I watch my coffee get cold through the window. I feel like you should turn off mobile orders if we gotta sit through drive thru anyway. But I still love the employees here, they are always great!!

Every visit to Starbucks is a great experience! The baristas are friendly, upbeat, and genuinely take the time to make sure your order is perfect. My drink is always made just right, and the atmosphere is cozy whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee before work or sitting down to get some things done. The store is always clean, the staff remembers regulars by name, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I appreciate the consistency, the friendly staff and the quality every single time. This location sets the standard for great service and service done right!

Most of the staff are nice and for the most part the orders come out correct. My biggest complaint is their lack of inventory. Anytime there is a seasonal syrup (pecan, sugar cookie, pistachio, etc), they are always out of it. It doesn’t help that these items aren’t on the menu long so to not be stocked when these are in season is just bad inventory management. I’m always left disappointed with this location and have started taking my business to the Conyers location.

Not only was she efficient and quick, but she also took the time to ensure my drink was made exactly how I like it. His recommendations were spot on, and I loved the personalized touch she added to my order. It’s not every day you come across a barista who truly cares about customer satisfaction!
The atmosphere at this Starbucks was already great, but Dymend’s friendly service elevated the entire experience. I left feeling happy and satisfied with my coffee, and I can’t wait to come back and see her again!

Walking into this Starbucks in Covington is always a great experience. No matter how busy they are — and they stay busy — someone still greets you the moment you walk through the door. That welcome sets the tone, and it genuinely makes a difference.
Today especially, the whole team was wonderful. Ashton, who I’ve known from another Starbucks location, is now here and he is fantastic. He knows my drink by heart and always gets it right. Ethan, Katelyn, Kiri, Zayana, Juju, and Jacob are all consistently kind, attentive, and personable. They manage high demand, handle constant orders, and still take the time to make real connections with customers.
This location runs with impressive efficiency while still keeping the atmosphere warm and friendly. I highly recommend this Starbucks — even at their busiest, the service, attitude, and consistency make it one of the best.

We love this Starbucks. Staff is aways sweet and kind. Even when they are super busy they are friendly and always make our drinks quickly. They take good care of not only us, but our service dog as well. They spoil her with pup cups.

Make sure you check your order before you leave. This location is constantly getting orders incorrect. The blueberries I had to go back to get are 2 days past the enjoy by date. I’d recommend going to the Conyers store on Salem.

Truly dislike giving negative reviews. I ordered a drink straight from the menu. The drive-thru got it wrong four times. Finally left as the line was getting longer and longer. I reached out to Corporate and they never got back to me with resolution. Asked me for a receipt (which I wasn’t given) and finally told them that their service was the same as what I received in the drive-thru. Why is this acceptable behavior?

By far the worst Starbucks, they make mistakes and blame the customer. For example, I ordered a protein Matcha, she brings it to me hot and tells me I ordered it hot. On the menu itself it is Iced, the fact that you come to a customer and say such a thing is very absurd. Then you order from the app, for example, I ordered a cheese danish on the app and I am waiting for at least 10 minutes, someone come over and say what are you waiting for, I tell them and they say oh we are out. So why did I not get a notification, why did it take you so long to ask after giving my drink. Please higher management, help them with customer service, please!!
