We just passed by at this restaurant as my family and I walked from the lighthouse to St. Helier. It has a very lovely view of the beach. We met the Filipino restaurant manager, sorry I forgot his name. He’s very attentive and hospitable to us. You can feel and see that he’s proud and happy working in this restuarant. The food was very good, tasty and you’ll get the value for money. Definitely a must visit restuarant when you visit Jersey!

Our first time in Jersey and this restaurant was a real treat. I had the seafood pasta and it was hands down the best seafood pasta I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. The cherry on the sundae was the amazing views over the bay. Thanks for having us!

We have been coming here since it first opened and food has always been good.
However, this was one of the best meals we have had in recent years with good portions.
Good to see most wines are by the glass and had the Saint Emilion.
It does seem like most hospitality venues you are short of staff causing delays in food arriving. However, this suited us as we had plenty of time to digest in between.
We have had times in previous years where courses have arrived took quickly.
Overall an excellent evening.

Absolutely first class. we’ve travelled the world and been to many seafood restaurants and this is ranked up there with the best. Food was stunning. nicely presented and well flavoured. Great service too. We will definitely be returning.

Arrived at 6pm just as the restaurant opened and greeted by the lovely Margaux. Our host showed us to a fabulous corner window table and introduced Fabrice our waiter for the evening.
We took the opportunity to video the beach view and inside of the restaurant before it became extremely busy.
The seafood was fresh, beautifully cooked and simply delicious.
Service from Margaux and Fabrice was exceptional with every attention to detail to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Really lovely meal this evening. Restaurant was very quiet but then it was a Thursday night in January and the weather was appalling! The staff were attentive but not overbearing, the food was prepared and served in the right timeframes so we didn’t feel rushed or like we were waiting. I was concerned as a non-fish/shellfish eater that I would not be able find something to eat but how wrong I was…..the steak frites was brilliant!! And Dad enjoyed the crab linguini and sea bass. Thank you!

We celebrated an anniversary at the Oyster Box last night and it was lovely. We were welcomed warmly and had excellent service all night, particularly from the maître d’. The food was amazing, the vegetables in particular were made as important a part of the plate than the chosen main. We will look forward to returning!

We visited the Oyster Box for a birthday meal while staying on the Island in December 2025. The food was very good, the service slow to get seated. Although we enjoyed the meal and the waitress was attentive at times, we were disappointed when we weren’t able to pay with cash. Although it was initially said this wasn’t a problem between all the members of staff and the owner they were unable to find £10 in change. We didn’t feel £20 tip would reasonable and think they should be more prepared for this.
We were recommended by the Grand Hotel, we have no problem paying service charge, but for you not to have resolved the problem is poor and unprofessional, as a owner you should have resolved this situation, an apology would have been nice, we will not be returning when we come back to the Island.
