Welcoming 5 star staff at Santee Starbucks! Beautiful new modern building with outdoor cafe seating and a drive through! The whole cafe gave the vibe that the staff wanted you to feel welcome and comfortable. Clean restrooms. Very accommodating team who were willing to work with our dairy allergies or get clean tongs or equipment. It was my mom’s birthday and they made sure she could get her free treat even with our app difficulties. The team at Santee made a great day for us with their patience and kindness and welcoming smiles! We’ll be back!

Met with a cheery voice at the intercom to get my order. No line in the drive-thru, my drink was out in a flash. We paid and then the drink was handed to us – speedy fast. Thank you, starbies!

Very nice sbux. Employees were upbeat and friendly. Drinks were hotter than most other stores we’ve been to. Outside seating was clean and nice. Parking lot design kind of sucks but it is what it is; having to drive across the cars in the drive thru line to exit.

This Starbucks was different from the other ones I visited. The employee taht took my order was good, but the one that gave me my coffee wellll…. I know there are trash bins on the exit doors, but this Starbucks has their sugar, straws, coffee stir, etc. right where they call your name to give you your order. Other Starbucks has a small “island” table in which it has all these things plus a trash bin. So, I decided to add my sugar and stir my coffee where this Starbucks has their sugar, etc. and then I asked the employee if he could trash the sugar wraps, and his answer was that he couldn’t trash it and that I had to take it to the trash bin near the exit doors. Besides having the guts to add the tip percentage when you are about to pay, in which I didn’t mind giving tips, this employee couldn’t even trash the sugar wraps for me… I recommend at least having a trash bin near where the sugar is located so we don’t have to walk with our trash and coffee at the same time. If this is the way that I’ll be treated after giving a tip, there will be no more tips for know on.
