610pm I drove up to the store wondering if they were open because they had no outdoor lights on. I walked up and pulled open the door asked what time they close the young man stated 9pm I advised that they had no lights on he stated they dont have control of them its a corporate thing. I noticed that there were no cars in the drive thru like they were trying to make customers to think they are closed. I proceeded to order when I walked outside and took a picture guess what the lights came on.

Did a mobile order (like i do almost every day) for an iced coffee and grabbed it in store.. perfect. Got home and was getting out of the car, the lid malfunctioned and I dropped the whole thing. I was bummed. I called the store just to see if they would remake it, however not expecting them to.. I let them know that it was my fault and I had just made it home.. regardless, they were happy to remake it for me!! Much appreciated.

Not sure what’s going on at this location but it used to be my favorite. The entire staff is different just from one month. Most are rude, condescending when I tell them a drink isn’t sweet at all (constantly happens here, epically with the matcha), and don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. It’s also gotten REALLY slow. No apologies for wait and just zero accountability. 80 percent of the time, my drinks aren’t done right.

I ordered a coffee without milk or sugar and what a disappointment! When I sat down to wait for the coffee, they didn’t even let me know it was ready. The taste of the coffee is simply disgusting and the price is expensive. I didn’t take the time to complain, but I did make sure to leave my impressions here. Lesson learned, and I will continue making my coffee at home so I can be sure I’m not drinking mud or old remains from the coffee they make in the morning.

Came in because it was red cup day. I got there early so not crazy busy. My permanent mocha was excellent and my breakfast sandwich was good.

I got a grande white mocha hot. And I hate it when they don’t fill it to the top. It’s missing a good 2 inches. For the price of the coffee, fill it up please.

This was terrible. I ordered 2 lightly iced coffees because my wife doesn’t like too much ice. They only gave me half a cup? Are you guys at Starbucks that broke? $7 Half a coffe This will definitely be my last time.

Very disappointed with the overall experience at Starbucks. They heard my order wrong and when I went inside to resolve the issue the girl behind the counter was so rude. The coffee is too expensive to act like that. I was very patient, very kind and she didn’t have any sort of care at all. I’m absolutely shocked at the service. Poor experience, if the menu at the drive thru worked it would have saved us all of the time.

This is the greatest Starbucks in existence! I spent my day working here. Got a few drinks and some food all perfectly done. They were super nice and gave me a free drink they had made in training! But the absolute greatest thing they did was help me out with my dead car. I went in and asked for help. The guy in there didn’t even blink to come and help me! I went to get jumper cables and in the meantime he made me a complimentary drink! I can’t believe the kindness! I didn’t get his name, but I believe he seemed like a manager and deserves some high praise!
