Slow service. 1/9/26 called in my order at 4:50pm. Arrived at 5:10pm and paid. Asked if my pizza was ready and the cashier says not yet. 10 minutes later I ask again and he checks, then grabs the pizza that was already sitting on the counter upon my arrival. Smh

Good points attendant and kitchen crew very friendly. Clean dine in tables and chairs.
Let’s go to the negative points,
I ordered a 14 inches pizza chicken buffalo, and for my surprise it was really really spicy me and My wife couldn’t eat it.
We called the attendant and she told us that buffalo is spicy, but in the menu doesn’t has any kind of information about it.
Cheese and chicken was delicious but the spicy make the pizza inedible.
She didn’t change or make any mention to do it.
So I ordered another pizza that I asked for her if there wasn’t any kind of spicy on it. We ordered barbecue chicken pizza.
She told me that it wasn’t, it’s sweet she told us.. Ok
For my surprise IT WAS….
LEDO WHY DON’T YOU MAKE A PIZZA WITH NO SPICY AT ALL…OR WRITE IN THE MENU SPICY SIMPLE LIKE THAT. ? Bad bad point.
Paid more than $40 came home with 2 left overs pizzas and hungry….
Quite sure I won’t be back there until they have a no spicy pizza.

I’m not sure if this particular location is family-run, but I often see the same faces behind the counter. There used to be a guy there who really understood what customer service meant—he’d occasionally let me slide if I was a few cents short or throw in a blue cheese for free, knowing I was a regular and he’d make it back in the long run.
Unfortunately, that level of service seems to be missing now. The current staff, especially the guy with the orange hair, just doesn’t seem to get it. There’s a noticeable language barrier, and at times it feels like they don’t fully understand the menu or what they’re selling. They move a bit slow too, which I hope isn’t due to a lack of training.
As for the food—it’s Ledo’s, so the quality is fairly consistent and hard to mess up. It’s decent for what it is. Overall, I’d give this location a 7 out of 10.

I am normally an advocate for Ledo Pizza. Nope not today, not this time and surprisingly this location. Today I ordered a small pizza and sweet tea for dine in. Pizza was placed in a box and the tea wasn’t sweet. I asked why was my food boxed? Response was “the dishwasher isn’t working”. The table is completely loose and unbalanced. The service was just impartial and biased. I will be following up.

Very laid back staff to the point you wonder if anyone is actually going to take your order. Been here twice for eat in and both times there has only been one other table with customers. Food is ok, daughter claims it’s not as tasty as the Ledo in Ellicott City. Definitely no atmosphere; most of their business is carry out.
