I come to this Starbucks nearly everyday considering it is right across the street from my work. I want to say thank you for the consistent great service! I order the same coffee everyday and it is almost always perfect. I would especially like to shout out LAURA. LAURA has always remembered my order and has made sure it is to my liking. Laura goes absolutely above and beyond. She always has a positive attitude and makes my entire day better. She cares deeply about her work ethic. She has made a rough morning into a great morning many times. Thank you for all that you do making this world a better place, truthfully. I wish I would have made this review sooner. I hope your day is as amazing as you are!

Overall, great customer service, clean spaces, and tasty coffee.

Solid Starbucks experience.
Pros:
➕ Plenty of seating, good lighting, and clean spaces.

➕ Friendly staff and good service.

➕ The coffee was tasty, and I was surprised by how much I liked the grilled cheese.

➕ Longer open hours, makes it a convenient spot for those who need a place to study or work.

➕Ideal location if you don’t want to go all the way down to Wilmington.

Cons:
➖You are paying higher prices, as expected.

My volleyball team spent a wonderful few hours here hanging out, sipping on the holiday menu, and making Christmas cards for the elderly. The staff was super nice and accommodating! Shout out to Cadence! I have never had a bad experience at this location! 10/10.

I was really looking forward to getting my drink for Veterans Day. I regularly get my coffees from Starbucks, not specifically this location,but I decided to stop here today. But this location straight up ruined my whole morning. The barista told me their coffee machine was “broken,” and they could only make a hot or iced Americano. When I asked for another Espresso drink, she repeated that only the Americano was available… which makes zero sense because both use espresso. I wasn’t even thinking at the time that there would be a limit on what you could get but she could’ve been honest. If the free drink only applied to like brewed coffee, fine, she could’ve just say that. Don’t lie like the machines are down when they’re clearly not. The attitude didn’t help either. She acted like giving out a few free coffees was coming out of her paycheck. It’s Starbuck’s policy. They clearly can afford it, and I wasn’t expecting special treatment, just taking advantage of something that was set in place for vets day. I left genuinely disappointed and with no coffee because I felt like she acted like it was too much trouble to make my coffee. Safe to say, this is the last time I’ll be coming to this location.

For this location to be open for less than a year they did a really amazing job! As expected for a corporate store, I waited around 6-10 minutes to receive my drink but the coffee I got was really good! I did see some pretty nasty reviews about this store but I think that’s because they’ve never worked in the fast food industry before. Starbucks is a very popular coffee shop and I can’t imagine the rushes they get at very unexpected times. I hope this location continues to thrive!

This Starbucks has gone downhill since Starbucks switched mindsets and decide to serve people inside before drive thru or mobile orders. Now, it takes 15 min to make 1 drink if I order drive thru or mobile order ahead. NOT A SMART MOVE, STARBUCKS! I don’t even go now because of this and I used to go 3-4 times a week. If the powers that be were wise, they would put drive thru and mobile orders back as priorities. People are picking up because they’re in a hurry, if you make them late, they get upset. Why would you want less customers?

The drinks taste fine but I’m consistently getting half a drink. We always order two drinks so you can tell when one is not full. I stopped ordering my usual drink that has room for whip cream thinking that would solve it, but no, still getting a 3/4 full cup of a generic hot latte. These drinks cost too much to not get what you pay for.

The employees here are too incompetent to even pour room temperature water into a cup let alone make a proper drink. I have worked as a manager in the restaurant industry including a national drive-thru coffee business so I know how a properly run store should go, and this Starbucks isn’t it. Employees here spend more time yapping and staring at dust floating onto walls then they do making drinks. They are impolite to guests. It’s a wonder how this place is still open with such horrible service.

Super slow service and it was not busy at all 2 people in front of us and 5 cars in the drive through. We waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees lost 30 min of drive time. Work faster or get more staff it shouldn’t take more than 7 minutes.
