I forgot my phone here in the bathroom, I was freaking out and sobbing in the car. I was really lucky and a great employee found it and returned it to me. She recognized and greeted us as we walked in. I really wish I got her name, but she had really pretty long red hair and wore glasses. As long as she’s working there you can trust you have a good person who will return your belongings if you’re forgetful like me! So important to have people like this on your team or working for your company. Thank you so much again, you saved me a lot of anxiety.

I went today around 6:30pm. I’m mad at myself for not getting her name. Will definitely get it on my next trip….. but the cashier that took my order was very nice over the intercom. When I got around to the window, she was smiling and just as pleasant as she was when she was taking my order. I paid with a card and she did as they are supposed to do and stuck the Card Reader out of the window so that I can leave a tip if I wanted to. I point this out because I always tip at least $1 if given the opportunity and sometimes other cashiers have taken my card without asking about tip which leaves them tipless because they handle the transaction themselves and just hit no without considering that I actually do want to tip them for their service. This cashier though, she went a step further and asked me to wait a second and she gave my babies a little treat! They appreciated that kind gesture sooooo much! We all did!! We only have one Starbucks, so I love the fact that they have really been on their Customer Service game from day ONE‼ My Venti Caramel Crunch Frappuccino with extra Caramel and a shot of Expresso is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS on point and there is another cashier that I get pretty frequently that is male with hair probably to his shoulders, he’s also one of their best Love you guys!❤

Staff was quite unattentive & coffee was definitely watered down to the point where you could taste water in the drinks as opposed to coffee. The smashed gate should have been an indicator as to how downhill this location has gotten.

I’m changing my review because of my experience today. I went in and ordered a cookie crumble creme frappe. Then I want a lemon loaf. They are out. They are always out. They were out of cookie crumble. Out of whipped cream. The barista making my drinks started to put frappe roast in my drinks so I politely asked her if that was my drinks , she said yes. So I politely said I asked for creme based.she got an attitude and made them again. Just wasn’t a good experience. And I come in here alot.

You need sugar free holiday beverages. Also, out of stock on the holiday food options with the exception of the cranberry bliss item. That was the best baked good I’ve had at Starbucks. The store was spotless, and the employees were very nice and knowledgeable.

i just went to this starbucks around 8:15 and the customer service was phenomenal. They were very busy (as they usually are) but they were getting orders out very quickly and still were giving such positive vibrant attitudes. the cashier especially was just wonderful and so so so kind! i wish i had gotten her name so i could give her the recognition she deserves, but either way starbucks is lucky to have her!

Giving low rating simply because they’re constantly out of stock with popular items. It is a weekly occurrence and by now they (management) should be able to anticipate how much to order each time, so that the supply will last a full week.

It’s too early in the day for an establishment restroom to be that nasty. It was 11:15am and most of the customers were at the drive through. Of course the lobby area is really nice but hate I could not hold my water and had to use the restroom. Simply disgusting it had the look of not being cleaned for awhile. My husband said that mens restroom was disgusting as well. The employees have to use the same restroom so I am sure they are aware. Well want be visiting that Starbucks again when traveling to SC. I will make sure I am hit the coffee shop near my house before hitting the road. Lesson learned!!
