I stopped by this morning to order drinks and had a truly great experience thanks to your cashier, Chivon (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name). She was incredibly kind, engaging, and held a great conversation while taking my order. From that one brief interaction, she genuinely made my day a better one.
What really stood out was her knowledge of Occupational Therapy—it was an unexpected and thoughtful connection that made the moment even more special. Chivon is clearly a fantastic addition to your team, and I just wanted to make sure the higher-ups know how much of a positive impact she made. Keep up the great work!

Honestly if I was able to not give any stars I would choose that option. This has been the worst customer service I’ve had received at Starbucks in Henderson since they opened here. I’m assuming they stop taking orders before 9:00. I go through the drive through at 8:57 no one said anything on the headset. I pulled around and a car was in front of me. I watched a gentleman hand the customer their food once I drove up the guy left the window. I knocked on the window there was a short stout Caucasian lady, she looked at me and continued to sweep the floor. I sent my son to the front door to let her know the I was still sitting there(even though she looked at me, we made eye contact) and she shook her head no and said NO you can’t come in we are closed with a nasty attitude. I then knocked on the window again and told her I had been sitting at the window since 8:57. She screamed no you have not and stated she had a timer but couldn’t tell me how long I was sitting there she ran to the window shaking and yelling with a hostile demeanor . I asked the Hispanic looking lady who was the manager and she said uhm I work for the state of NC and my building director spends a lot of money at this location for our staff every other Saturday. I will recommend not coming back here based off the way the workers acted tonight. PS there is a nice Caucasian male that works normally in the mornings he’s very sweet and polite and that is the kind of customer service I expect when I’m spending my money. I will be contacting the owner because this was un acceptable, very disappointing Starbucks .

Would give 0 stars if I could, my drink is never made correct. Always tastes watery, at my last visit my drink was wrong so I took it back in hopes to get it fixed, they gave me the SAME drink back as I was standing there watching. I Didn’t even bother taking my incorrect order back today! Go to wake forest if you want a good drink.

Lets you order a fruit box at 5pm in the app. I get my drink and wait a long time on the other item. I finally asked where it is and they said we don’t have any. The entire food case is empty. All probably inventoried for the next day. Nobody can say a thing. Just let me wait. What do you do? Just throw those food tickets away without a sound?

Normally I have no major issues here, but today was different. My wife did a mobile and when I arrived all but one drink was ready. 2 employees were working and 3 were just standing around doing nothing. I pointed out we were missing a drink and they said oh it’s not ready yet, when I looked there were 4 drinks waiting to be made while the person making hit drinks was one standing around doing nothing.

I like the frozen lemonade dragon fruit item. It’s a little on the tart tasting side so a little honey is helpful. Good service. Nice menu selection board – this item was ordered through the drive thru- this location ideally located close to I 85 – nearby customer shopping experiences and a hospital a few miles away.

There wasn’t much open at 6am on Sunday so we stopped here super early for coffee. The dining area was clean and we were the only ones in here. I took a seat, ordered on the Starbucks app, and then used the men’s room. Which was clean.
Mrs. K. reported that her latte was “watery.” How is that possible? I took a taste and realized that yes, it had very little coffee flavor. Very strange but maybe they didn’t put in the right number of espresso shots.
And then I tried my coffee. A simple “Tall Blonde” with a little bit of cream. This too was watery. I don’t get it. How is that possible for two completely different drinks?

Let me start by saying that my girlfriend and I love Starbucks it’s like our second home,But this location in Henderson needs attention everything is just so dirty; coffee,sugar packets,caramel stains everywhere and that explains why there are so many flies inside. The outside is more decent to sit and enjoy your first sip of coffee.
