This Starbucks always had exceptional service. My wife Tracy comes here every day and always speaks about how “Her Starbucks People” always take good care of her. There have been times that we are near the location on Main Street and will drive out of our way to come to this location. Keep up the great work and a BIG THANKS!!!

Maybe it was just an off day, maybe they had more people than were expected or maybe an employee called out. But I brought my daughter here this morning to grab her a Frappuccino before taking her to her daycare. Paid for the drink. Waited and waited and waited and eventually had to leave without the drink and without a refund because at that point, I was already going to be late for work. Probably going to find another Starbucks to go to next time. Or leave an extra 15 or 20 minutes earlier just in case there’s another wait.

This is the most convenient location for us, it’s also unfortunately the worst. Our drinks at this location always taste like watered down coffee. They seem to forget to add any flavor or sugar of any sort.
