We were going through Vienna, WV, and decided to stop at this Starbucks for something cold. Unfortunately, the gal who serviced us was extremely rude and kept rushing me with my order. In the end, We didn’t get the Venti and Trenta sizes we
wanted. I was planning to stop there again on the way back, but we will definitely not. This is the very first bad experience I have had after going to hundreds and hundreds of Starbucks in different states in our lives.

I already was skeptical about stopping by since it was minutes before closing but I drove hours just to get a West Virginia cup and they only had the mugs so I walked up to the counter and it took about a minute for anyone to even say anything. The young lady who took my order definitely seemed agitated and they didn’t even have the syrup I wanted (apple brown sugar) so I had to settle for just brown sugar.
I’m staying at a nearby hotel in Marietta so I’ll make sure when I try in the morning at another Starbucks and definitely call before I come, lol!

Almost every time i order in the morning for an iced london fog, its awful!!! Its like they dont even know how to make tea 🙁 every time i get it, the ice is already melted which in turn makes my london fog very watery and it’s warm!! They also do not seem to steep it long enough ever.
Any time i order after morning, perfect. Its so frustrating to drop so much money on a drink and for it not to be right. Stick to coffee here.

It’s clean, spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is super friendly! They tend to run out of food options quickly. Pricey, it’s cheaper to buy their stuff you can make at home. If you don’t have the time and you need something faster. Wake up earlier. The coffee will wake you up either way you decide to go! I love the smell of fresh coffee from the drive thru window. Maybe overpowering to some, but for coffee lovers it’s the smell of you anticipating your drink. Hot or cold.

Very nice atmosphere at this Starbucks. Although, I can’t overlook the atrocious wait! Waited nearly an hour and the staff didn’t know how to make the Salted Carmel Mocha! I am very disappointed.

It’s like a 50/50 toss up if you’re order will be made correctly. Usually the morning crew is spot on and the afternoon shift is just careless..I spent $18.00 on two drinks, they were both made incorrectly and literally only a little more than halfway filled.

This Starbucks branch consistently gives me bland drinks when I go through the drive-thru. I always go to the branch in Marietta because at least they get you exactly what you want and are much friendlier. When you go in this store, the baristas aren’t friendly and they are very dismissive, as if they don’t want you to be there. Just kinda disappointing because they’re the nearest Starbucks to my house & work and it’s a flop.

It’s unfortunate that the new generation of this country can’t accommodate a request because (with attitude) “there isn’t a button for that”. I have gotten my drink the way I requested many times with no issues. This girl needs a mop… not a microphone.
