STAY AWAY FROM THIS STARBUCKS!! I put in a mobile order at 8:05 on.When I arrived the door was locked. There were several employees not doing anything. Several other customers also with mobile orders stood outside in disbelief. We all had been charged for our orders. The employees literally stood there and mocked us. We asked if they’d open the door to see if there was a reasonable explanation, they refused and just said they were 9closed. The sign and online stated they were supposed to be open until 9pm.We even called corporate, they confirmed they were supposed to be open until 9pm. The crowd of others who ordered was growing. We asked to speak to the manager and they refused.

Friendly people. I went when it was pretty busy, morning rush and all. It took a while to get my drink since I didn’t mobile order it. Drink was great but my sandwich was burnt and I couldn’t eat it should have checked my bag before I left.

I ordered my order through the app, but it was ordered for the wrong store. I spoke with the barista Nina, at this location and she assured me that it was ok and she would make my drink for me. She didn’t take a second to think about it nor did she have to consult with a team lead or supervisor, she was empowered to make a sound decision based on the situation. I was appreciative of her phenomenal customer service and going above and beyond to satisfy a customer. Please be sure to acknowledge her for a job well done. Hire more competent staff like her.

This is 100% the worst Starbucks in Maryland. I have NEVER once ordered from here and gotten all my food items. If you order from here, they will not bring out your full order. Worst Starbucks I ever went to. This specific one, when you first walk in the floors are covered with trash. Tables have sugar and straw wrappers on every table. The staff has no pep in their step at all. If they move any slower you would think they were asleep.

Wow, this place looks great and decorative but this one girl has such an attitude and needs to be removed from this location. The rest were great but she is just terrible. Her response towards other customers, her lack of urgency seriously needs to be shaped up. Very light skinned girl, blonde hair in a pony tail and glasses and her name is Kristen. I have my own retail store so I understand the magnitude of having these kind of people working for me here. It’s possible that she isn’t normally this way but I don’t think she works too well under pressure. I’d also like to add that I waited over 13 minutes for a tall ice coffee (black no milk or sugar). That was the least of my worries though. I value customer service over all.
