I have stopped by this Starbucks many times since it opened, and I have always had a good experience. It’s a Starbucks so you likely already know what the menu looks like, but the staff seem efficient at making all of the options. There’s plenty of seating and I have never seen it so crowded that there weren’t plenty of open seats. It’s a reasonable walk from the Greektown neighborhood or when visiting Baltimore Medical Center, though it’s probably not much fun to walk over from Hopkins Bayview because of the lack of shade along Eastern Avenue. None of that is the shop’s fault of course. There is plenty of parking if you decide to go that way.

Staff is not friendly at all! (the manager especially) Very tacky place, the music is super loud but it was extra louder yesterday, and this girl I saw her approaching to the store manager to please turn down the volume and everyone could tell he was not having it, he was not assertive or courteous, zero customer service skills, and said “I can do a bit”. She approached a second time cuz it was obvious everyone was annoyed by the music selection (I was happy someone told him to lower that horrendous scandalous down) she even suggested a soothing more relaxing music appropriate for a coffeeshop but he did whatever the hell he wanted, without listening to customers. No manners or friendliness, just his annoyed face. Someone from Starbucks should do something, I have come here a couple times and that music is loud and awful, completely different from other branches.

Literally, the worst coffee i have ordered from any cafe, ever. The cold brew is so watered down that I could taste absolutely no coffee in the salted caramel cold brew. When I finally got enough of the “cold brew” to taste over the cream, it tasted like it was made from used grounds. The only validation to the 1 required star is that the store was aesthetically pleasing and the staff seemed friendly enough.

Jessica was very kind . I accidentally ordered at a different location and she made my drinks free of charge . I offered to even pay for them because it was my fault but she said it was fine . It’s refreshing to see nice people now a days . It really made my evening!

I don’t know her name but I got my coffee today around 11am , she has red hair and when I tell you SHE MADE ME THE BEST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD. No I wasn’t asked to do this review I just wanted you all to know just how great my coffee is . Definitely made with love. My cashier was very nice and pleasant as well. He had glasses. (Sorry I didn’t catch anyone’s name)

I have been frequenting this Starbucks for two years now. I work across the street so the location could not be more convenient. The staff here are lovely. Whenever I order either mobile or in-person I don’t have a long wait. Sometimes the wait is longer if they’re absolutely packed but they work their butts off. Everything they make is absolutely delicious. I really enjoy when they put a dry erase board out with a question for people to respond to. It is fun to read the other respondes while you wait. I also appreciate the free samples when I’m lucky enough to snag one. 🙂 Love your barista, tip your barista, and be kind.

It’s Starbucks, period! Overpriced coffee & teas with an air of superiority that I feel is unwarranted. It’s a basic establishment wit not much competition so they pretty much corner the market and keep a GOOD customer flow. I believe the personal touches that are added to loyal repetitive customers are a benefit. But of course ONLY if you are a REGULAR EVERYDAY CUSTOMER.
