This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! The staff and customer service is always on point. I’ve seen the staff handle rude customers with kindness and care. They are also fast and efficient. When I place online orders, they are often ready before I get to the store.

I visited this location yesterday. Upon entering there was an irrate customer at the counter who wanted a refund for a drink, however did not have a receipt or a debt card that the drink was purchased on. The gentleman at the counter, Omar, showed extreme patience and care with his reponses and attempted to explain the policies regarding refunds. All of his responses we calm. He even went as far as contacting the manager at the request of the customer. Truly, he is a gem. Having individuals that show this level of customer service is amazing.

Great spot! Tons of parking, but the lot does get full since it is shared with a bunch of other stores. A few inside tables and chairs, a window bar with a few stools. Pretty steady foot traffic throughout the week day. Good music. Friendly staff.

This is the best Starbucks in the World!!! I’ve been going to this location for over ten years, and the service has been consistently outstanding! The employees here are always very welcoming. The service is so excellent I can’t stop going! I am grateful for the consistency and quality experience.

Very busy Starbucks located next to Trader Joes in Shopping center on Reistertown Rd. Just north of the beltway.Plenty of parking and the service was good. Baristas seem to work hard and fast at this location. Drink was great and they stock plenty of food items. Nice clean store and plenty of seating. Wifi signal is strong.

So I’ve had an issue here more than once, one day I came here around 7:10pm to get a refresher. I walked in and noticed the chairs were turned up side down, so I thought to myself maybe because they closed in less than an hour there’s no more dining in. Before I could reach to the cashier the lady said ‘oh we’re close’ so I said to her ‘I thought you guys close at 8 according to Google. Instead of explaining to me that they close at 7 instead and they need to update the time on Google, the girl got so nasty with her tone and her coworker stepped right in to be nasty as well. About a month later I went to the Starbucks again because I googled it and it still says it closes at 8 I knocked on the door to ask the worker why do they close so early if the website says 8 and she instantly got an attitude because I knocked on the door. I told her I was going to report the store and in less than 30 mins she updated the app closing time to 7pm. I don’t get it what’s with the attitude?!

What a happy experience I had at Starbucks! I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte with whipped cream. It was absolutely delicious! The staff were busy but didn’t rush me when I was deciding what I wanted to order. Everything looked so good it really was hard to make a decision. I will definitely be going back there again!
